Ordered ahead in the app said pick up time was 3:57 I get there at 4:07 and had to wait till 4:20 for incorrect food. Don’t have time to get it fixed. It wasn’t a difficult order. I think they just honestly DO NOT care to get it right. Bunch of careless kids working here.

We stopped by for lunch today around 1pm and the service was absolutely BAD. I am normally not one to complain however the food was cold, and the area was a mess I couldn’t with the establishment being so unsanitized for the customers to eat in! And why are employees not wearing gloves? Not only is this establishment a mess, but we have to purchase food that is being prepared by employees who are not wearing gloves! Is this not something that is required!? DISCUSTING! We will not be going back!

I went for some food last night and the food was great and the service was just wonderful very kind crew I definitely go back
I came around noon and when I pulled up there was some lady who had the best customer service I’ve ever experienced and when I pulled up to the window she was awesome super nice and they were fast with the food and the food was delicious
Best experience I’ve had at Burger King. Kenny had friendly, professional and great service! Food was good and he made the experience really satisfying with his welcoming attitude!

UPDATE 12/2024: This place has been so hit or miss over the years. But for some reason, my kids love it, so we find ourselves here often. And I can only recall ONE order in 7 years that wasn't wrong somehow. Doesn't matter how simple the order is. Doesn't matter if there are no customizations. Fried stuff is always cold. Fried foods are supposed to have a life of 7 minutes in the warmer. After that, they have to be tossed because they will no longer be good. On several - DOZENS of occasions they have made my sandwich wrong (or even made the entirely WRONG sandwich), but they mark it correctly on the wrapper. The only explanation for that is someone making a mistake, realizing they made a mistake when they mark the wrapper, and then sending it out wrong on purpose. I honestly don't understand how this place is open, but I DO understand why there is never a line when I go.
