Everytime I come here their Soda is Flat. I tried to get the Limited SpongeBob Meal with the Float & couldn’t even get the Float!! Then they give me a Flat soda. Yeah I’m not spending money here again.

I visited the Burger King in Clovis today, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. They were completely out of drinks, the entire dining area was filled with smoke, and the tray they served my food on was noticeably dirty. These issues show a clear decline in the quality and upkeep of this location. I expected better, and I hope management addresses these problems soon.

I waited in the drive-through for quite literally 45 minutes. Which is OK I’ve worked fast food before I understand the kitchen can get behind. The only issue is once I got my food. My order was incorrect cold old and missing items. When I tried to call the store to have them remake my food, nobody answered.

This has to be the worst fast food establishment in the area….. everytime I order here they get it wrong like completely wrong …. Or forget something … so careless…. Also the wait is insane ….. I went in once to let them know something was missing the restaurant was dirty….. they need to take notes Wendy’s outshines them.

I ordered a bacon cheese burger, took one bite, and the bacon was near RAW!!! I went back to express my issue and get a COOKED bacon cheeseburger, expressing that I'd like the bacon CRISP. After a 25 minute wait, I was given a burger slathered in mayo (I requested light mayo) and NO BACON! The wrapper it was in was covered in grease! I wasn't about to wait another 35 minutes to get another one, as it was already past my son's bedtime!!!

Whoever the little girl working the drive thru tonight is better start finding a new job. I'll be personally contacting the area manager regarding her this week.. she wants to be rude to customers, she can be fired for it

Absolutely terrible experience. Pulled up to the drive-thru at 7:05 PM and didn't even get to place my order until 7:37 PM. I finally got my food at 8:15 PM - just two burgers and a wrap - and it was already cold. Waiting over an hour for fast food, only to get cold meals, makes no sense at all. Management clearly doesn't care about customer service or food quality. This location needs serious help. Definitely won't be coming back, and I want my money back!!
