They apologize it n the comments and say they’re disappointed it wasn’t great service or sorry or that they’ll work in it. Truth is it’s all Bull CRAP because the service I HAD HERE HAD BEEN BY FAR THE WORST. The comments goes back years they just say it because they have to not because they really feel bad of your experience and they CHANGE NOTHING. If I could give a 0 I would.. it took so much in me to not blowup and walk out. First the restaurant was EMPTY when we walked in. They sat us.. took 20 into take OUR DRINK ORDER.. then after took our order with our appetizer… food didn’t come out for 45 minutes or maybe even LONGER. Asked waiter what’s taking so long said it should be right out waited a bit longer she never came back a manger came and “apologized and gave us a “discount” if -10 for everything we ordered. My kids food was COLD OUR FRIES AND MAC AND CHEESE WERE OLD!!!! We woke up sick and my husband throwing up this morning you guys! this place gave him FOOD POISONING!! On our way to the hospital now… they’re gonna have a law suit coming soon if they’re not careful with their food!!! After reading all the bad and mostly nothing but bad reviews on how the server doesn’t care for the customer and how crappy the service is it goes back 5 years? HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL IN BUSINESS?!!!! Pathetic place to eat, worst experience EVER.. don’t waste your time keep driving or go to Texas Roadhouse same price better food and fast service!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. We’ll forever be ROADHOUSE people FAST SERVICE FOOD AND DRINK ARE OUT WITHIN 20 minutes all together!

We asked move to a different table upon arrival. Initial table was in the back next to the restrooms. Staff wasn't happy about that even though a majority of the restaurants tables and booths were open.

I always get the barbecue ribs and extra fries but I don't know why you guys never give us the amount of extra fries why is that?. We paid for it like everyone else. I also called to speak to the manager and the young girl who is like 16 or 17 was very hesitant I had to call like 5 times which is outrageous on its own. And she was nervous for no reason its pretty ridiculous customer service. I wasn't calling to bash anyone over the phone just wanted to speak to the manager and I did end up talking to her but she was no help either. But if you have nothing to hide then why did she want to deny me a phone call to the women manager in the first place? 0/10 do better.
