We have not ordered from the Chipotle in over 2 years. We decided to give it another try and just wow. When we came into the store it was absolutely filthy. I still continued to order my steak bowl at 5:30pm in the evening and they didn’t have steak or rice ready. Instead of saying anything the girl just started running around I assume making those ingredients. The counter where the food is stored looked as if it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. After a few minutes we left without anyone saying a word. There was 4 total workers and not a word. I would not recommend going to this location at all

The Clovis Chipotle is probably the worst Chipotle I’ve experienced. Which sucks because I love Chipotle. It seems as if the clovis team and management don’t care about their customers or their quality of service. The store is consistently dirty, our online orders are always made incorrectly, and the attitude of the staff is always negative and improper whenever we come though for food. My wife and I have yet to have a genuinely good experience with the clovis location. It’s time to shut down and start over. Don’t spend your money here folks, there are much better places in town.

Food is great but they're too stingy with the meat and portions. Unless you're a women you're gonna have to ask for extra meat. My sister went first as a little experiment and sure enough the worker had given her a heaping full scoop and another half scoop of chicken. When I went up there i was given barley full scoop and my sister didn't even ask for extra. I had to ask for extra and was charged an extra 4 bucks.

The biggest issue I have at this location is the portions are ALWAYS small. I ordered online last time and the portions were genuinely disappointing and when I tried to call the store there was never an answer. My husband went again today and asked for extra rice and it was still very little. It’s just disappointing when you’re paying 10+ a bowl and not getting what you’re paying for, compared to other locations.

Normally the manager is the petite Asian lady who's really on top of it, everything's clean, all looks good. Today I don't see her and the whole place is a wreck. Stuff was just everywhere the kitchen was filthy, no rice in any bins, food was just scattered everywhere, dirty dishes all over the place, dining tables are dirty, and yeah just not good in general. Today's shift really needs to step up their game. I still give 3 stars out of respect for the other manager who keeps it spotless 90% of the time. Minus two stars for whoever is in charge today

Please consider shutting down and starting from scratch. The quality of food is poor. I ordered a meal with chicken yesterday, and the chicken was overcooked and tasted old. My food container was covered in food from being pushed down the line. It was so bad that I had to transfer the contents on my bowl to another bowl. My guacamole was brown, which isn’t unusual for this location. Clovis chipotle is the worst.

Poor customer service. Extremely small portions. When I asked for double protein they wouldn’t give it to me because they charged and paid for the item before I got my food. Instead of restarting the transaction so I could gladly pay for my meal I was given is short “nope” and sent on my way with a half full bowl of food.
By far, it is one of the dirtiest unclean places. Seen cleaner truck stop bathrooms. Took one bite of the food. Spit it out. And walked out..

Overall, the nastiest place I have ever eaten in Clovis New Mexico! This place is making a bad name for the chipotle restaurant business! The place is super dirty that should’ve been a red flag for me as soon as I walked in, but I still decided to eat there and the meat was disgusting. It wasn’t even cooked right and it looked like it was raw or overdue date! The grill looked like it hadn’t been washed in freaking years! The tables were dirty. The floor was dirty. If that was my place, I would for sure be so disappointed in the staff and whoever takes care of that place. They literally showed no management whatsoever! This place needs to be shut down ASAP or someone needs to fire everyone and rehire new people that actually care and want to work and keep the place clean! They might just be there for a check instead of giving good service! There was also no number to call on the receipt in order to let someone know about this such as corporate! I hope someone sees this and actually will do something about this place! This is very sad and I could go on and on about this place! DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE READ THIS FAR!!!!!
