Food is great but they're too stingy with the meat and portions. Unless you're a women you're gonna have to ask for extra meat. My sister went first as a little experiment and sure enough the worker had given her a heaping full scoop and another half scoop of chicken. When I went up there i was given barley full scoop and my sister didn't even ask for extra. I had to ask for extra and was charged an extra 4 bucks.

The biggest issue I have at this location is the portions are ALWAYS small. I ordered online last time and the portions were genuinely disappointing and when I tried to call the store there was never an answer. My husband went again today and asked for extra rice and it was still very little. It’s just disappointing when you’re paying 10+ a bowl and not getting what you’re paying for, compared to other locations.

Normally the manager is the petite Asian lady who's really on top of it, everything's clean, all looks good. Today I don't see her and the whole place is a wreck. Stuff was just everywhere the kitchen was filthy, no rice in any bins, food was just scattered everywhere, dirty dishes all over the place, dining tables are dirty, and yeah just not good in general. Today's shift really needs to step up their game. I still give 3 stars out of respect for the other...
