I’ve gone to Coffee Bistro several times and always enjoy it. Typically I like to go there and meet up with someone for lunch. I haven’t tried their breakfast yet. Personally my go to is the 1/2 sandwich and 1/2 salad or soup. They definitely have some of my favorite soup in town. As well as deserts. I truly think some of their deserts are the best you’ll get in Clovis. I also absolutely LOVE their red bull infusions and how the menu changes monthly. My only complaint is their prices. They are on the more costly side for Clovis and unfortunately due to that I don’t go there as often as I’d like. I’d love it if they offered some kind of weekly or daily special along with the reward cards.

Very delicious food and drinks, nice deli type restaurant with semi outdoor seating. The ultimate rio burger is very good. However the ultimate grilled cheese is a juxtaposition. Other than that top marks.

Coffee Bistro is a gem! Their breakfast burritos are packed with flavor and absolutely delicious. The iced chai latte was a refreshing delight, perfectly spiced, and the dirty chai was a solid pick-me-up. Can’t wait to return for their green chili burgers at lunch—already looking forward to it! Highly recommend!

Not a bad little coffee shop joint. The coffee was all right. I ordered a medium coffee with two shots of espresso. My wife got House coffee and they were out of House coffee. We got a brownie. It was great. Stating it simply it didn’t really feel like a coffee shop vibe though, it was a little bit too bright and more like a restaurant or coffee shop. Still, not a bad place. Probably will not return to study.

So yummy! Amazing gluten free options! Pretty much every sandwich can be made gluten free! And they have many coffee/drinks options! The iced chai was so delicious! 😋

Quiet coffee shop for our road trip. Stopped for a breakfast burrito and a bagel sandwich. It was perfectly layered. It's just the right size. I also asked if it was dog friendly since the pup is with us, and they said the patio was. We appreciate that gesture.
