Food was very good, person at the window was very friendly. But, I had 3 orders of the six piece chicken, which is an upcharge, and every box only had 5 small pieces. I feel like I should have just ordered the 4 piece and saved money.

The DQ isn't the same since they took the Dudes off the menu. Used to be able to alter orders and now we had to get what the menu said. Not happy with the new computers or staff.
We (my bf & I) decided to walk to get an ice cream and soda, as we arrived at 930pm they locked the door and refused to serve us, we tried to order through the drive thru and they refused us bc we were on Foot. I attempted to call and was hung up on multiple times. They really need people interested in service working there.

I went through the drive thru and the customer service was absolutely horrible. The girl at the window had a very bad attitude when asked to correct my order and the lady in the back was chewing gum like a cow. Definitely won't be going back.
For a vintage dairy queen and one of few ice cream options in town, it's great! We come here a few times a year. Service and food are always good and consistent.
