This was the Fourth time, over the last year, we received something different from what we ordered. We ordered cinna bites, we received garlic bites. This was the THIRD time this specific mistake was made. The other was a wrong flavor of wings. What ever is causing this issue needs to be fixed.

Placed an order and said 30 minutes wait. Lost my order or gave it away(reason unclear) but took more than anoter 30 mins and we kept asking if our pizza was ready but they said check back in 5 or 6 minutes 10 times. Very bad service here. If you have an hour or more to waste be my guest.

Placed an order around 12pm, the app said it was still in prep for well over an hour. When I called to check on the status of the order, the kid on the phone said that someone had called and changed the order to be delivered at 3pm. Which was a flat out false claim, no one had ever called them, and the order was placed to be delivered ASAP. It appears the employees were making excuses for their incompetence

My pizza was cooked perfectly. It’s a shame they don’t offer Parmesan cheese. :-( -1 star Edit: Ordered delivery and my pizza arrived surprisingly fast at my hard to find door, hot and perfectly cooked yet again! Shout out for whoever is putting these things together for showing pride in their work! Update: 11/6 Delivered hot and perfect again! Thanks guys!

It’s hard to find a good well done pizza outside of Chicago. Where there’s extra cheese and it’s slightly burnt on top 🤤. The big white guy cooking definitely knows how to make a good pan pizza! Thanks!

I recently encountered a highly unsatisfactory experience at your Domino's location on Prince St. The attendant at the window was eating in front of customers, and we endured a 35-minute wait only to discover that our order had been mistakenly given to another individual with a similar name. While I opted for a refund, this incident has unfortunately resulted in the loss of my business. Additionally, when I requested to speak with the manager, Alexandria, she declined to address my concerns.

I just wanna give a major shout out to the manager and Ms Walker, today 8/14 was my baby girls 2nd birthday and they gave her a Cheese pizza and a drink and they even came out to our vehicle to sing her happy birthday. When I talk about wanting quality service and family atmosphere THIS is where it's at! They really do make you feel like family here. ♥️
