Great remodeled atmosphere with Respectful cooks. Pizza’s and Sandwiches are always delicious in my opinion. Definitely a go to if you’re in the area

Went in and ordered a pizza and 2 sodas. More than happy to take my money. The people knew I was waiting. Others came in. 1 guy I believe also placed an order. He got his pizza. 40' later, I finally asked. Oh, it's ready. The young guy didn't have to ask. I'm over 62 and I have to ask? Obviously don't like old people. Never going there again.

First order was a mess up, brought the second one remade and it was slid over to one side...this is not what me and daughter were expecting.
Ordered online and chose Pie Pass for grab and go convenience. My pizza tracker said done so I went in to grab my pizza. The young lady at the front was putting the pizza in the pie pass and saw me. I asked if it was my order and it was, so she handed them to me and said have a nice day. The manager came from the back and made her dig through the pile of receipts to find my receipt and make me sign. So I called to speak with Tyler the GM and asked for the Pie Pass process before stating my complaint. He said “Oh, you just come in grab the order out of the pie pass and go” I explained my situation and he then back tracked and said this is his process and he makes everyone who uses pie pass sign. I am extremely disappointed in the way I was treated here. No solution as it is up to his discretion as GM basically.
