We went on a Tuesday and there was only one waitress serving about 6-7 tables but she was busting her a$$ and we got our drinks and food very quickly. Would like to see more help but the waitress was great. Got the brisket and hot link was very good, which would definitely return.
Really great meats and sauces! The brisket nachos are amazing and the sweet tea was delicious! What keeps this from being a 5 star review though were the sides. Watery and cold beans, potato salad that was more like unseasoned mashed potatoes, undercooked and underseasoned squash. If the sides improve, this will become my favorite local BBQ joint! For now though, stick to the meat and you can't go wrong.
The food is pretty good. My favorite is the bottle caps! Love me some fried jalapenos. Burgers are pretty good too. Never really had any issues with the food from here. Service is good.
