We’ve been going to K-Bob’s for many years, but this evening the steaks had a lot of connective tissue and were difficult to chew—both mine and my husband’s. The waitress was very nice and provided excellent service. The steak was seasoned well, but the cut itself seemed to be poor quality.

Service was good, however either the menu needs to be updated or the cooks need to NOT add something that ISN'T listed on the menu. I have an allergy to tomatoes so I ordered a sandwich that DIDN'T list tomato as one of the ingredients. The waitress brings it and it has tomato.. of course when I pointed it out they quickly offered to replace it, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place..

Visited here twice during a few day stay in Clovis. Had the same waitress both times (shoutout to Bree, you were awesome!!) and the food was incredible. I sampled both the salad wagon and their steaks during my stay, both were fantastic. Their beef is sourced from a local farm, so you know it's fresh. I will definitely come here again anytime I'm in town.

Stopped while on a quick buisness trip to Clovis. The place was empty when I arrived on a Monday at 1:45pm. They sat us quickly and the service was great. Though the service was great the food was not. It looks great and the cook on the ribeye was perfect it was unfortunately bland. No seasoning whatsoever on the steak, potatoes, or rice. Unfortunately for the price point of almost 40 dollars for a steak I was expecting to be blown away, instead I can honestly say just on the food alone it was the worst steakhouse I've ever been to. (Server was great and attentive)
This place was waaay better back in the day, so I will admit while I'm normally pro local 99% of the time, this is one of those times Im glad we have a Texas Roadhouse now, because K bobs hasn't been the same since that fire some years ago, ask anybody who remembers the old salad wagon 🥹😭, it's not even the food tbh because most of it is good, but I ordered a Chicken fried steak one time that was dry and poorly battered even the gravy couldn't save it. While the staff is super friendly (most of the time) every so often I will get treated like I'm inconveniencing them just by walking in🤔🧐 not for nothing most of the time I'm going in there I'm picking up someone else's food as I also do DoorDash (one time I actually had to deliver too them a large order and they didn't even tip 🤣, so professional courtesy is also missing here) but I digress. It's still a nice little restaurant and you get decent service if you hit the lottery on servers, so don't let my apprehension stop you from support them, I'm just writing them off for myself personally of course for the attitude I get from some of the staff does give racial bias, and that old salad wagon was damn near a whole room itself, this is honestly 90% of my issue with KBobs the current salad wagon. Is overpriced for what you get🤨🙄😒

I had a great experience at K-BOB’S in Clovis. The service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere had that classic, cozy steakhouse vibe that just hits right. I ordered the Thunderbird — it was on the smaller side, but absolutely excellent. Perfectly cooked, great flavor, and worth every bite.
Overall, a fantastic visit. I’ll definitely be back!
