Long Johns needs to offer a tip option for their cashiers and cooks. I feel like this would help increase moral and make it just a better experience for everyone!
Rickys was customer service on point, honestly should be a manager. Happy vibes, soo nice, we went last minute and he was so helpful and understanding and didn't make a fuss about us being so close to closing time.
Ricky cashed is out, made our food, and got us our drinks. All short handed and with an amazing attitude. Dude thank you so much, everything was great and we appreciate you so much!

I don't understand why they still have this drive-thru service open. The cashier that's usually there is so rude. It's as if she doesn't even like her job. When she's not done taking our order she walks away from the window and has the cook finished cashing us out. Very unprofessional. The food is pretty amazing but the service sucks every single time! I feel like they need to get a better person to represent the restaurant and drive-thru. It's because of service like this that deters customers from repeating their visits to this establishment.

I rarely go here because I always experience problems with extremely rude and unprofessional workers at the drive thu window. It's like the place is cursed. It's either cold food. Drinks without ice, getting orders wrong, and the last time my cup had a big hole in it when it was handed to me, which messed up my entire car! When I handed the cup with a hole in it back, the employee didn't apologize or offer to give me any napkins or towels to clean up the soda that got all over my car. I had to ask for napkins. The next drink I got had no ice. I did get a email from the manager to receive 2 free meals when I contacted him about my experience but when I went to pick it up and told the employee about my experience and why I was getting a free meal. He started to pause and look over the cup before he handed it to me. He said he was checking for holes. I don't know if that was supposed to be a joke or what but I Interpreted the action as sarcasm. 7 years ago they had a openly racist employee there that got so bend out of shape just at the sight of me. I didn't go to LJS for 2 years after that. So let's just say, I have learned my lesson about this place. I'll never go to this place again. O and they never answer their phone. Never.

The customer service was good, but food wise it had a nasty taste from being cooked in dirty grease I know the grease was dirty for the fish, chicken and shrimp was dark and not that golden brown..

Ordered the chicken and fish plus add on extra fish. To go. After leaving I realized that not only did I not get my extra fish, they didn’t even give me the fish that was supposed to be on the plate. Tried to get it fixed and they wouldn’t even try. I won’t go back. That’s really poor service. I guess they need the money.
Jerks won't answer phone. Started calling 11am called until 11:45 no answer wth is that. They cant b so busy that someone cant answer phone, just laziness if u ask me

It's kind of an older location, but the gentleman who helped us was genuinely friendly, engaged and provided excellent service. There was a short wait but the fish dinner was 5 stars. Even the sides were wonderful. LJS always has good coleslaw and the green beans were good as well. We don't have any LJS near our home, but I'll stop here again when I pass through Clovis.

It really sucked fished soaked in oil the waffle fries looked they had been there for day, cloeslaw tasted rancid. Quailty really sucks.

It was really good everything fresh! Just when I looked in from drive through wish it looked cleaner. They had me wait in their parking spaces and the garbage just stank so bad almost lost my appetite. Luckily I drove away and ate by a near by park. Food was still good.
