At least this place has carne asada and barbacoa. What kind of Mexican restaurant doesn't have those items, o yeah, Don Maria's. If you're trying to choose between this fine establishment or Don's I would choose Mamacita's every time!!!
I'm so disappointed. I ordered Chile relleno burrito which description includes beans rice pic de Gallo and sour cream. All I got was a chile relleno in a tortilla. I also ordered posole. It was obviously thrown together , figuring I wouldn't notice, first of all it was barely Luke warm, the hominy was still stuck together in clumps, if it had cooked for any length of time they wouldn't still be in clumps. Also, the fat to meat ratio was 70 fat 30 meat. Over 30...
Had the Juevos Rancheros, it did not disappoint! Service was awesome! I definitely will visit again next time I'm in town.
I'm never sure what to put for atmosphere on these reviews. It has the atmosphere of an authentic Mexican restaurant. A working man's place. For me, that's 5 stars for atmosphere.
