Two orders today for curbside. First one was missing the drink. When it came out, it was wrong. Second order did not come and the app said it was delivered. When I asked for help, it took the manager to come out to confirm that I had an order (obviously given to someone else). Then another long wait. It came out and I was informed that it was late because I was rude. I wasn’t. I don’t know how else to get an order fixed without asking for help. Was that rude?

It was for my granddaughter she loves McDonald's but me I'm not a McDonald's fan. Only thing I'll eat is their apple pies and that's about it.
Kid-friendliness: Eat there only if you're at McDonald's fan.

I waited for my food for over 15 minutes. And it was apparently lost in the shuffle, so when I finally got my food, it was cold and I had no burger, no napkins, and no sauces. I had already drove off, before realizing my order was messed up. I am very irrated with this! It's McDonald's in understand messing up but come on I'm a loyal customer why not try to make it somewhat better...

I love to order curbside, sometimes it's a long wait but it's always worth it the staff is amazing just don't go during lunch that's when all the high school students go and it gets super busy

I can do a small order and be told to wait, and I don't get my order for minutes or even hours. The people at the drive-thru get their orders while we have to wait, and people who just got here have to wait and park but later like a few minutes they get their orders.

I had an online order, and when I got to the window I was told they were waiting for one thing and to please pull up to the 3rd window. I sat and watched the other vehicles get pulled to a side and get their order and leave. I am the only one in the drive and when I asked about my food they checked and I finally got my food. Cold. When I asked what took so long the lady that brought it out said the workers and when I proceeded to ask her another question she walked away saying have a good day. You couldn’t pay me to go back…

Bought a double quarter pounder and had to wait at least 10 extra mins just for it to come out like this that’s ridiculous this is why I don’t ever buy y’all’s burgers and then all of the McDonald’s were in trouble about having contaminated meat or What ever the case was but really y’all gotta do better.. this is getting ridiculous n for the price y’all have now the food should pay the expectation looks like SONICS is the new McDonald’s love that place so much better.. just thought I would rant on!!

So, the location on 14th street just got a new feature for DoorDashers. It’s a button you press inside the first doorway for after-hour DoorDash pickups when they lock the lobby. I just went in tonight after midnight and was low-key kinda excited to use the button. However, whenever I rang the bell, all I was met with the lobby lights being shut off and I heard the workers inside say “man go lock that door.”
What is the point of having that button if you guys won’t use it????? Genuine question.
