Fries looked, & tasted like they were reheated. McChicken didn't look fresh, the bread was flat & looked like it had been punched on. If it's not the food, it's the window workers playing some power trip, & putting everyone in parking spots to wait forever ! Can we get some Mcquality for our hard earned money please

Getting tired of choosing to use the convenience of what a drive-thru should be, used to be, and everytime told to go park in spots reserved for mobile orders to wait. I've stopped doing mobile orders that way because there are never sports to park because they tell drive-thru customers to go park in them. If I wanted to park, I'd choose that but I should be able to DRIVE THROUGH a drive-thru to get my stuff.

Major improvement over the last time we stopped here. Same time, 8pm, and employees were busy cleaning and working. Place was cleaner, everything was stocked and food was fresh.

Returned my McCrispy and REGIONAL MANAGER told me that the BLACK MOLD on my sandwich was burned crumbs from the toaster!!! There were HAIRS on the bun!!! He wasn't willing to even CONSIDER that it was mold or say that he was going to check the buns!! Be warned!!

I usually get McCrispys about twice a week. Use a receipt and buy one get one free. No mayo. This time, when I went last night, the sandwich tasted strange and the meat was much smaller than usual! Perhaps it was the chicken from the chicken biscuit?! It didn't taste the same and the patty was much smaller than the bun. This morning I got my second sandwich out of the fridge and there were spots of hairy black mold on my sandwich. I'm disappointed and disgusted!! Now I wish I wouldn't have eaten the other one last night.
