McDonald's everywhere have gotten bad but this place exceeds any I've been to. The employees we encountered today through the drive thru were extremely rude ( all young kids working, so imagine that.) I'm fairly certain nothing they cook with has been cleaned correctly as my burger and the cheese were literally black. I don't mind a little char or an overcooked burger but when all you taste is the black, that's bad! Thank goodness all I got was a $5 meal. You get what you pay for at some places I guess..... I would suggest driving the 3 extra miles for the one on Prince. It's much better.

If I order through the app 10 minutes before showing up to the store, my good should be ready. I should not be asked to pull into a spot to wait when you've already had 10+ minutes to complete the order. Staff is also very rude here.

Ordered, paid for a double fish filet. The French fries should have been expired. Added tomato to my sandwich. I don't mind paying 40 cents for it but it does say two slices. We received the Happy meal right away. Then told us to move to space one. Since my chicken sandwich was not hot out of the fryer neither was the fish or fries. So I'm wondering why we needed to wait 10 minutes?

Very unimpressed with this McDonald’s. The only thing that I can say is the bathrooms were pretty clean. Other than that, the service was terrible. We will never return to this place. I was incredibly impressed with how terribly bad it was.

Food was ok but the service is the worst I’ve had in a while. Not sure how you forget to make a meal for someone when they are the only customer inside the building.
I ordered 2 coffees and was asked to pull forward. Waited 15 minutes as the cars behind received their order. Called the store and as i explained i was still waiting she hung up on me. Just terrible service for two drinks

Asked for 2 plain McDoubles with Big Mac sauce on the side they gave me two plain cheeseburgers with no Mac sauce Cuz yes I love eating a plain cheeseburger Incompetent staff

Fries looked, & tasted like they were reheated. McChicken didn't look fresh, the bread was flat & looked like it had been punched on. If it's not the food, it's the window workers playing some power trip, & putting everyone in parking spots to wait forever ! Can we get some Mcquality for our hard earned money please

Getting tired of choosing to use the convenience of what a drive-thru should be, used to be, and everytime told to go park in spots reserved for mobile orders to wait. I've stopped doing mobile orders that way because there are never sports to park because they tell drive-thru customers to go park in them. If I wanted to park, I'd choose that but I should be able to DRIVE THROUGH a drive-thru to get my stuff.
