I hardly ever eat fast food, but while traveling through NM, I always stop at this particular McDonald's because it is consistently clean, well staffed, & efficient. My order is prepared swiftly & is ALWAYS correct! This place is well managed.

this store is always so dirty and the workers are so insanely unprofessional.. the store was almost empty and my very small order took 30 minutes. everyone in the back was just screaming at each other and talking about not appropriate things in front of customers and KIDS plus the food is always cold or just tastes very off😔 do better

Very unprofessional group of workers! Male workers smacking the female hats off there head. All acting like children. Pretending to fight behind the counter while yelling come get me. Mocking a door dash worker after he was trying to verify the pick up order. Food was old and had been sitting for a while, and the sandwiches were made incorrectly. Nothing is going to be done about it but hopefully they teach this group of youger teenagers and mid aged men to be more professional at work. There is a huge difference between enjoying and having fun at work and being childish while working.

This is the best McDonald's in Clovis!! From crew to management, I have rarely had any issues. If one arises, they make it right. Im always happy to see Alyssa's smiling face when I come thru there. She always has such a positive energy when I see her. Y'all have a great crew, I hope you show them appreciation. It would be well deserved 🧡

McDonald's everywhere have gotten bad but this place exceeds any I've been to. The employees we encountered today through the drive thru were extremely rude ( all young kids working, so imagine that.) I'm fairly certain nothing they cook with has been cleaned correctly as my burger and the cheese were literally black. I don't mind a little char or an overcooked burger but when all you taste is the black, that's bad! Thank goodness all I got was a $5 meal. You get what you pay for at some places I guess..... I would suggest driving the 3 extra miles for the one on Prince. It's much better.

If I order through the app 10 minutes before showing up to the store, my good should be ready. I should not be asked to pull into a spot to wait when you've already had 10+ minutes to complete the order. Staff is also very rude here.
