Let's see, if I wanted a cold pizza, the refrigerator is in the kitchen. The e.t.a. for the arrival was 558pm, not bad, but when it shows up at 626pm, the delivery driver was very chipper, nice guy. I guess I'll go another 6 months to a year before I get food here again.

Well place an order an hour ahead and goto pick it up and still not ready. This place sucks! Use the store that's on 21st or just do yourself a favor and get domino's.

Service is an absolute joke, waited 45 minutes for no one to tell where our order was and manager couldn’t even figure out how to refund money! Don’t waste your time!

Went late to the lunch buffet. Pizza selection was limited. Pizza was luke warm, but it was still better than the service. The waitress acted like she was bothered when asked for a refill on the drink.

Poor service and unsanitary practices. Delivery driver left my pizza on the ground in the cold jn front of my house and never rang the doorbell to let me know it had arrived, and the sticker seal on the pizza box wasn't secured. If I didn't go outside to my car, I wouldn't have known it was there.

the service and workers are all good the RGM is a bit of a creep when they are young girls around tends to stare a bit i have also noticed their pans are not the cleanest with burnt flakes from other past pizzas from the pan gets on the pizza they are making at the moment i would recommend try another place

I’ve never had a worse experience than I did 11/2/24. Ordered online like I usually do. Set it for a later time and have to call to make sure they had the right time. I feel they did not all 6 pizzas ordered were cold and dry. They said they were fresh that was a lie as they were sitting on the counter while I waited for them to even acknowledge that other customers and I were there.
Terrible customer service today. Waited 30 minutes for just some plates.

Had to wait 30 minutes after the app online said it would be ready. When I pulled up to the window they told me to pull forward to wait. Waited thirty minutes patiently then pulled around to the front to get off to get my order. The order was on the counter and ready but they were too lazy to bring it out because as soon as I walked in they handed me my order. By that time food was cold and unsatisfying.
