I went through the drive thru. I sat for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come on the speaker and take my order. No one answered. The same thing happened 3 weeks ago. I drove to the window and told them that I wanted to place an order. The two young ladies said that I needed to come in to place an order or go back through the drive thru. By then I had 4 cars behind me. They refused to take my order. I went to a different restaurant. I won’t be back to Popeyes even though I love the chicken there.

Terrible service here. Love the food but with service this bad, it’s not worth it. 45 minute wait for 1 wraps today. But service is very slow and uncaring every time. Terrible. And it’s impossible to get any customer service. Never again.
Your response was as expected. Any company that make it impossible to actually voice a complaint or concern, obviously isn’t interested in the feedback. You could’ve asked if I received a refund…..which I was offered but then told it wasn’t possible since I had used the app. Corporate could have seen my order history and read my complaint. That didn’t happen either. As I said before, terrible service from the inattentive counter employees , up through corporate. There’s no customer service and I shouldn’t have wasted my time.

I hadn't been here in a while because of bad reviews. I decided to try it today. I was not disappointed. The chicken was on point with just the right amount of spice and heat. The mashed potatoes and Cajun gravey full of flavor and red beans and rice was awesome. Over all it was a 5 star experience.

Well ill never go here again. This was a first and last. Cold soggy fries and my sandwich was plain as hell when I ordered a bacon and cheese. I hate paying for product I don't receive. None of the sandwiches were labeled. Terrible experience and do not recommend for a stop
