It took almost an hour to get our food and then when we got it it wasn't even right. People are rude. Service sucks. Hopefully never to go there again.

During a recent visit to our hometown, my family member offered to order Popeye on the mobile app. Upon pickup we were advised all items had been accounted for and she assured she packed the order herself. But when we arrived we were missing three orders of fries, chicken tenders and no sauces.So my family member returned went through drive thru was told to pull forward and the employee with poorly dyed red hair came out with part of what was missing wheni recapped what was missing she said sure didn't get alot of items like seriously that's on them . And when my family member asked for sauces she said they're gonna make you pay for them she said I already did when I originally ordered? She then replied with why don't you get down and get them! Worst service and food come out of this place. New management and training of employees is needed. Do better!

Note: I'm 37 weeks pregnant, and I regularly crave Popeyes mac and cheese.
We ordered through DoorDash, and when it was delivered, we were missing our sides. We both got combo meals with two sides each and biscuits, but we were given no sides or biscuits! I called the store to give them a heads up, and the shift lead, Tina, helped us so much! She was very kind and made sure we got our sides. She even made sure they were fresh! There are a lot of issues with DoorDash orders not having everything in them, not just at this store but multiple stores in town. However, Tina went out of her way to make sure we got what we needed.!

Every time I eat here they are always out of the cheesecake dessert and honey mustard sauce. The chicken was also unlike any other Popeyes I have eaten at. The chicken was very thin with hardly any meat on it. I would say less than a quarter thick. It was flat and had mainly breading. I have been there 3 times because my husband likes it had hopes that it would change because it looks like it just opened. This is not all popeyes just this location.
