EDIT:
I heard from the owner that the walk-in cooler was out when I was there, and that’s why there was no beer on tap. So I added a star to my original rating.
ORIGINAL: I’m a craft beer person, so I get excited anytime I find a place to eat with the words “Brewing Company” in the name. A friend and I came here at the end of a 12-hour of day driving, and we both were ready for a cold one straight from the tap.
There was NO BEER ON TAP. Whaaaaat?? Yeah, a handful of types of canned beer but none on tap. That’s just plain wrong.
It wasn’t the fault of the one server on duty, since she had her hands full, but it took forever to get menus, water, beer, the bill, etc.
My friend got a burger and thought it was ok. I got a salad with lettuce, chicken, pecans, strawberries, and cheese crumbles which could have been delicious, but the too-sweet dressing was over everything and completely overpowered it. It was the kind of plate where all the ingredients are in separate piles and you have to mix it yourself. That meant I couldn’t get a single bite that wasn’t ruined by the cloyingly sweet dressing. I picked out the chicken and pecans and left the rest. A waste.
The atmosphere: very dark room with a bar to the left, filled with people playing trivia. Through a nearby door, a bowling alley, with all its usual noise.
The whole thing was the opposite of what I expected, wanted, needed. Weird. Disappointing.

Good atmosphere and great staff. A little work on the outdoor environment with some TVs and this place will be the bar of Clovis.
This is a nice place to bowl. It can be pretty busy. The food is pretty good. I don't personally care for the alcohol selection but that is me being picky.

5 of us stopped there for dinner and 4 meals took about 10-15 minutes but the last order took 45 minutes which were only nachos. Our bill included an 18% gratuity which seams shady considering the menu specifically says the automatic gratuity is for party's of 6 or more. We were only a party of 5. Buy. This is in a bowling alley.

Will give 5 stars because it’s a cool place, but it is not actually a brewery! They do not serve any of Red Door Brewing’s beers.
You guys hit a home run with the new menu! Tonight my wife and I shared the Pizza Grilled Cheese sandwich and the Nachos! Both were very very good! I’d say “finger licking good,” but someone already uses that! We have never been disappointed here. FYI, their wings are the best!

Wishing all the arcades were either fixed or turned on beside Crusin USA. Other than the arcade room, I had a peaceful Sunday afternoon here. Happy Hours on Sunday 👍🏻

No food to really speak of, so I rated the beer. Good selection of beers, only reason I didn't give a 5 was due to them running out and not having another on hand.
The service was good, gave us multiple samples to try. Atmosphere had good music , but not over powering.
