Come here with my friend all the time. He still can’t talk to the servers, but they are very friendly, nice, and courteous. The food is great. The crispy dragon shrimp is my favorite, 10/10.

Scott is an awesome manager. He works as hard or harder than his employees. He always makes time to go around and visit with the customers he goes above and beyond the rest. Rachel was our waitress and she is always wonderful. She is outstanding and does a great job. Always pleasant, polite, and well mannered. Our food was good and we had a wonderful Christmas day at red lobster

We absolutely love Scott. He is a cut above all the rest… he always walks around and visits with all the customers in the restaurant he is such anhe always walks around and visits with all the customers in the restaurant. He is such a great guy, but please don’t tell him I said that. and our waitress was phenomenal. It was Rachel. she always does such an excellent job. Our food was good. We had plenty to eat.

The Manager Scott treats us like family. Never at any other restaurant have we always been treated as well as Scott does. He always make a point to talk to the guests and make sure everything is perfect with their order, the food and service! You very rarely find that kind of service anywhere these days!!!!👍👍👍👍👍

On 12/23, after a long day of last minute Christmas shopping, the family & I decided to stopped in for dinner. We were seated quickly, received our drinks, placed our order and then we waited.....& waited. After a while, we asked if we could have some biscuits. We were then told that there was only one cook and all the biscuits were being sent out with the to go orders. Finally, nearly two hours later, our food arrived. The food was good, except for the stuffed mushrooms - they were extremely dry. Our server was wonderful & extremely apologetic. If it wasn't for her & that my family really wanting to eat there, I would have paid for we had received and left. Having only one cook & not preparing for the possibility of a holiday rush is insane.

Server was great! There wasnt really anyone in the area where we sat, but it did take forever to get our food, it was almost rm temperature. The biscuits were the best thing. I think I got food poisoning from the new shrimp and sausage jambalaya...it tasted off and I spent rest of the evening puking in the bathroom at the restaurant, nausea, stomach cramps and really hot. Usually dont have any issues with the food but this was just horrible. It tasted like it had rotten tomatoes in it maybe. I was the only one who ate this, so luckily my children didnt get sick. Red Lobster has gone down hill...

The experience was okay. The food was fine but it was not in the right order. No bread, the salad came after the entrée. The server was pleasant but not attentive in the least. For a bankrupt company trying to make a comeback, I would have expected at least an effort to be made.
