Food was good, service was exceptional
However I've been on the toilet for the past three hours and each time I think I'm fine I instantly bloat up 20 minutes later to release another hellbomb on this unfortunate toilet

I am not sure where to begin. This was the worst experience we have ever had at a Red Lobster. Our food took over an hour to get to our table for a party of 5. Our waiter delivered our food and told us to enjoy our meal and walked away. He never brought any silverware to us. I had to ask three different people for silverware before it was brought to us. The food was mediocre at best and the noodles in the pasta were overcooked and mushy. The texture was very off-putting. The waiter failed to bring drinks on two separate occasions and only asked once for refills for two of us. The women's bathroom looked like someone had vomited in the sink and was partially cleaned while the other sink which looked clean did not work. Overall it was a terrible experience one which I would not recommend to anyone, save yourself the heartache and find somewhere else to eat.

My husband and I splurged and ordered lobster at red lobster in Clovis. We always consider it a treat. I rarely give reviews but I felt I needed to let you know about the Lobster. It was very hard to eat. It was slimy and we were almost afraid to eat. The only good thing was there wasn't much Lobster so ate it anyway. I didn't complain at the restaurant but after being so disappointed in our meal I decided to vent.

Went to red lobster in Clovis New Mexico for our anniversary. Service was horrible. We were there for 1 hr and 45 minutes. Didn't get all of our order. Will not go back.

They said they cannot substitute anything in the meals even though you're allergic, so they don't really care for their customers. I had to keep seeking out the waitress to get refills and to get more bread or to ask for anything else that we needed. The manager is a poor excuse for a manager. We would have spent 60 to $80 on our meals but because we couldn't I have something else other what we were allergic to we spent the minimal. And the meal was terrible I would not ever refer anybody to this place. Out of condiments out of Brussel sprouts. Maybe they'll be the next to close down.

Vegetarian options: They need to think about the customer. And I clearly can tell you they don't.

Food was tasty and delivered quick. There were only about 8 tables seated while we were there. RL is getting expensive. Some plates were as much as $42.

We stopped here for dinner because I was craving seafood. Unfortunately, I found a hair in my lobster dip. While they did offer to replace it, after seeing the hair, my appetite was gone. There was no apology or discount offered, which was disappointing. I wouldn’t visit this place again.

The host was very kind, opened the door for my family and was vigilante about an elderly couple that was outside who sat down before entering the restaurant. The restaurant wasn't busy at all upon arrival, and it took a while for our food to arrive. The sesame soy salmon bowl was heavily doused with dressing, but cooked perfectly. The biscuits were signature quality. The colada was subtle. My son really liked and appreciated our waiter, Tilden's humor.

Worst meal I have had in years. Had I known there was only 1 cook, I would have gone elsewhere. Slow service. Over an hour to get meal that was ice cold.

This was my first experience with Red Lobster, and it was good. I didn't think they were actually open at first. I wanted the salmon, but somehow, they were out (which wasn't a great start). I decided on a stuffed white fish, which wasn't bad. I had my first taste of lobster tail, which was good. Our waiter was good & attentive. The chocolate cake is pretty sweet but good.
