pretty bad when a re satnurant can't get a order right. I would taking would take a picture If I could. There needs to be something in place to compensate people when your the one making the mistakes.

The food here was really not good seemed like they boiled the ribs then put seasoning on top my dog didn't want the bone or meat the catfish was crispy seasoned ok the sides was ok
I am not sure what has happened to this place. Sometimes service is good sometimes not. We where promptly seated on arrival, however after waiting 20 minutes without service we left. I guess everyone is having issues finding help these days?

My wife has been begging me to take her to a bbq joint, well we dont have a good one but she insisted here and i told her you remember last time a yr ago we got bad food bad service. She says yes but it has to be better by now so i load up the family to go to rib crib, biggest mistake of all times. We walk in and there is only 4 people eating here (red flag) i told her lets go, she said let's try it. The host tries to sit us 3 different tables but they were dirty. (Red flag) your waitresses will be right with you. 10mins later show up ( red flag) takes the drink order and drops them off and says i will be right back 12mins later she comes back takes our order about 20mins later our food is ready because they are doing call in orders first. Our food sits under a warmer for 5min before she finally got it. Small portions and very dry meat old macaroni and stale fries, can we get spicy bbq, she says i dont think they have any left, new bottle sitting next to the to go orders .? she brings it and never came back again no refills or anything we ate our food and waited by the host desk to pay and she finally showed up. I will not go back to this place again and do not recommend this place to anyone. Come on rib crib do better if you care any. Jayden smith

Usually a very good place to go to. The food is very good. However, this morning, we had placed an order for pickup at 3pm, and when we came up here to pick it up, they told us they canceled it because they didn't have half of what we ordered. I understand running out of stuff, but when we placed the order this morning and they couldn't have even called to let us know they canceled, it is ridiculous. Waisted time coming up to clovis for no reason, very disappointed.

Ate here a few times and Everytime they are great and on point!! Never had a complaint and the lady at the drive thru window was amazing!! Her name was very unique it started with an A and she had a nose piecing I believe she recommended a salad for next time and she was just overall friendly! I asked her for her name but it being unique I didn’t wanna gut it or mispronounce it! Definitely will be returning because of your drive thru windows attitude she was very welcoming!! Thank you Rib Crib!!
