???The Sapphire, Paradise, and Cheetah bowl were delicious, flavorful, filling, and beautiful! Mango lemonade popsicle and the bowls were perfect for the hot summer day. I think there may have been some pineapple juice in the mango popsicle. I should've asked before ordering my daughter has an allergy.?♀️
The Spicy Turkey Toasty was also packed with a lot of flavor. All food ingredients tasted and looked fresh!

Root & Rind has been my favorite food truck!I love getting their Small Blue bowl and the PB& Jam Chia bowl. As a military family that's from southern California (San Diego), their food truck reminds me of home ❤️? They always use fresh fruits. I'm very sad we are moving out of New Mexico soon, I wish we could take you guys with us!
