The shark bar and salty mermaid food is very subpar. They forgot my bacon on my burger and then gives me bacon bits. The menu should state if it’s bacon bits and not bacon. That’s very deceiving. Service wasn’t the best also. When I told them my burger was missing the bacon they said it doesn’t come with it and I stated the menu said it did. They checked and that’s when I got bacon bits after they forgot and my burger got cold. I didn’t want to deal with them any more so I didn’t complain I paid and just left. I don’t plan to support or go back and spend money at either place again.

Food was bland and service was attrocious. I don't think whoever made recipe had been within 1000 miles of Louisiana.

I love this entire place! The atmosphere is fun and different than any other place around. Definitely doesn’t feel like Clovis, and we love that! The staff is super friendly and the food was top notch. Never thought I’d see the day that our little desert town would have a Cajun seafood joint! And you can enjoy your gator bites right at the Shark Bar!! Coolest tiki bar I’ve seen. We will be back soon!!! Incredible management as well!

Being someone with many food allergies, the team on the floor went above and beyond to help accommodate me as well as communicate. Amazing service! I recommend coming to their restaurant.

Went to try out their $6 lunch Menu, got it to go. Portion size was fine. French fries had no taste, didn't even really taste like potatoes, fish was a little greasy, cole slaw was probably the worst I have ever seen, couldn't even eat it. My dogs liked the hush puppies. I hope this was not indicative of their usual menu since I bought a $50 gift card for a friend. Wish I had eaten before doing that.

The food was good! The young waiters were ok. Need more experience. My only problem was it was sooooooo SLOW! 2 HOURS! 2 people. Not busy...

Went with friends we order fish tacos, fish basket, and shrimp trio. Took an hour from time we sat down to get our food. Both shrimp trios were cold and shrimp was over cooked and rubbery. Fries were ice cold on all plates. The fish batter was extremely salty. They didn't even have the bacon wrapped shrimp which they told us a good 20 minutes after we ordered. Waiter never did answer question when asked after an hour and seeing 3 groups of people that came in after us get food how much longer. Had to ask him for condiments and napkins. Place looked nice but service was terrible

This was my first visit to the red arrow and the salty mermaid. The service at the bar was excellent and treated us awesome. Thank you Annette and Tommy and don’t forget Isaac. The food is superb and the amount, let’s just say you really get what you pay for.

The restaurant is decorated very nice. The service was okay but our waiter didn’t come check on us for refills and we didn’t have napkins and at the time we were the only customers. My husband and daughter didn’t enjoy their food at all. It lacked flavor for them.. This experience was our first time and for the price it wasn’t worth it.

Hate doordashing here, they have no sign telling you where the restaurant is and their service is horrible, staff does nothing but stand around and it takes them forever to finish making orders

Went for lunch and was more than pleased with our meal! Rocky, the chef, shined. The food was so delicious. This place is a gem in Clovis. If you haven’t tried it, you need to!
