After several years, Siam Bistro still remains our favorite restaurant in Clovis. The food is always fresh, cooked to perfection, the staff is very friendly always striving for excellence in their service. We still love the quiet atmosphere, where it is always relaxing to enjoy a quiet lunch or dinner. Also, we have ordered carry out & the food is always top quality when we arrive home. Thank you for providing such an awesome place to dine in Clovis!

Wonderful place! The food is delicious and fresh every time. I recommend the Tom Yum soup (chicken is my fav, but shrimp is great too) and the egg fried rice.

We were traveling from Texas and trying to find a Thai restaurant for dinner, and finally, we found the best Thai restaurant in a small town. How is it that a small town has the best authentic Thai food? Anyway, there it was!! This place is spotless, warm cozy with soft jazz music, food is Thai authentic, delicious, reasonable price with enough portion for us and glad we got a bottle of water we did not mind paying for that and also offers service like you're at home!! This place is Clovis‘s hidden gem!! And we highly recommend it. This is our honest review and we will definitely be back again!! Thank you Siam Bistro!!

Warning: This place price gouges for everything including water bottles and even a request for hot water!
The food was alright nothing special, but considering how they upcharge for every single thing, like the rice which you need to eat the Thai curry, the service was really bad. When confronting them about it, they pretty much didn’t even bother trying to fix the up charges and defended the charge by saying it’s for heating up freakin water! Ridiculous!! The bill for the food came out to more cost than I would have gotten in any Thai place in California for not even half the quality!

If you see how they try to fight back people leaving honest reviews without trying to apologize or do better service, that reveals how rude they really are!

Good food but be ready for price shocker. They charged $5 for hot water. We asked for tap water but they gave bottled water. We thought it is included but they charged separately. Portions are very small. They charged separately for the rice given with Thai curry. How can you eat only curry without rice? Also when I asked about price discrepancies, the host, who must be the owner, was very rude. You could also see the rudeness in response to other critical reviews. I paid the bill because we were the only guests there, we were tired due to 4 days drive towards Austin and due to change in behavior of the owner we wanted to move safe out of there. We will never return back here.
I am changing from 2 Stars to 1 Star after the rude reply from the host / owner.

Food was good. But they charged extra for water and rice. Hot water was also charged and the price for the curries wasn’t on the menu. If they were up front about it then it wouldn’t have been a problem. Very disappointing

One of the best places to eat for a hundred miles in any direction. I brought the family during Thanksgiving week, and we tried lots of different menu items. All spectacular! Everything here is made well, from scratch, from real ingredients. Service was enthusiastic and prompt. Atmosphere is perfect. Simply wonderful all around. I love it.

Wow, what a find. We were overnighting in CLOVIS on a road trip and looking for a place to accommodate my vegan spouse. So lucky to found this place quaint squeaky, clean, delicious food with a dedicated a vegan portion of the menu. My spouse loved their dish I had warm spicy bowl of delicious red curry with pork the kids had dumplings and fried rice and mango sticky rice for dessert.

It was delicious warm filling hearty food the type you long for after a day of travel.

Over priced
Service was slow
Food came out cold
And there was very little meat in the dish.

The restaurant wasn't full.

It was our group and 2 other couples.

If serving hot food to a group is a challenge you're in the wrong business

What's the excuse for skimping on meat in the dish and having too high prices?

Blaming the customer for your slow service, cold food with meager meat portions, and high prices is not a good look.

Won't be going back.

Siam Bistro is truly a hidden gem and in my opinion, the nicest Thai restaurant in Clovis. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the people who work there go above and beyond to accommodate every guest’s needs. Their kindness and attention to detail make every visit feel personal and special. The food is authentic which features home-style recipes brought directly from Thailand. Each dish brings fresh flavors and vibrant spices that reflect true Thai culture. Siam Bistro isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a genuine experience of Thai hospitality and cuisine at its finest.
