Food was bland, it’s definitely “white people” Thai food. For that reason it’s over priced imo. The main issue is the nickel and dining by the owner/staff. They don’t serve tap water so you have to buy bottled, rice is like 3$ a bowl, what is that? A 2500% markup? The owner also blatantly overcharged us for food by trying to tack on an extra 6$ for veggies in a veggie dish. So when we got the bill we confronted them and she immediately started trimming the cost like she knew it was dishonest what she was doing. The price went from 60$ to like 45$ and for mediocre Thai food for two people (2 plates, an app, and 3$ waters). If you eat there and your bill seems abnormally high I’d strongly suggest making sure she hasn’t padded your bill - it’s def her trying to take advantage of people who are too passive to argue in their own defense over a bill.

Okay, so first off—10/10 for the service. Always. The staff here are basically the Thai food fairy godparents you didn’t know you needed. Warm, welcoming, and somehow knew exactly what I wanted before I did.

As a plant-based eater, I usually enter restaurants armed with 1,000 questions and low expectations. But not here. No side-eyes, no sad steamed veggies—just flavorful, fresh dishes packed with herbs, spices, and plant-based goodness.

Now, let’s talk portion sizes. You know how some places serve you a mountain of food that could feed a small village and still send you home with leftovers for a week? Not here. And thank goodness. The portions are sane, satisfying, and won’t leave you in a food coma questioning your life choices. We love a restaurant that knows you can be full without needing to be forklifted out.

Every bite tasted like it was made with love (and maybe a little bit of magic). Seriously—fresh, vibrant, and absolutely bursting with flavor.

If you like amazing Thai food, friendly humans, plant-based options that aren’t an afterthought, and food that doesn’t require a to-go box the size of a suitcase… go here. Immediately.

Will definitely be back!

Food was good but the fact they charge you MORE than the menu for all your items and bring you items you didn't request to charge you for it. They WILL CHARGE you MORE than the menu price! They are ripping people off! And they get upset at you for asking about it. I will NEVER go back

one of the best dining experiences i’ve had! everyone here made my brother and i feel so welcome. we shared egg rolls, pad thai, and the basil fried rice and everything was delicious, perfectly spiced, and well portioned. they even gave us ice cream after to help with the spice, such sweet people. overall, 10/10 experience and next time i’m in town, i’ll be sure to come back to enjoy some more.

Just a really cool restaurant. The remodeling is really nice. The lights and music make for a solid atmosphere. The menu wasn’t cluttered. The food was delicious. And the service was just really transparent and open to communication; they checked on me more than once and confirmed my order. A cool place to hit up with friends or on a date would be perfect. Clovis needs places like this.

Alright let’s talk about the price gouging scam of a restaurant that Siam bistro is. Let me start by saying the food is pretty good tasting.

-The portions are extremely small
-it is very overpriced.
-if you ask for water as a drink they don’t tell you they are giving you a $3 bottle of basic water and don’t give an option for tap.

If you go to door dash they charge close to double the price as their eat in menu. When calling to ask “why are drunken noodles $14 on the menu but $23 on DoorDash” she told me that DoorDash charges establishments 30%. Right off the bat DoorDash charges 15% -30% depending on the plan they choose and I know based on their frugal nature I doubt they chose the 30% plan. Last time I checked 30% of $14 is $4.20 so where did the extra $4.80 come from. This place will nickel and dime you every chance they get, it’s not worth the money and they do this because they know everyone here is lacking of options.

Go to V’s place for Thai food if you really want it or bokka if you just want some Asian food. The price for one order of noodles at V’s place is less than Siam bistro, almost double in size, and in my opinion better tasting.
Don’t let this place, or any of the other predatory businesses in clovis that rely on out of options costumers, rip you off.

This place is authentic and run by a wonderful Thai couple. The food is so fresh and made to order! Having been to Thailand many times, I can honestly say it felt just like being back there. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and everything is very clean. The couple was super friendly and the service was so fast!

You have to try this place!
