Something Different Grill-Clovis

Feb 22, 2025, at 7:00 pm I purchased a cheesy steak sandwich at the 14 th street location in clovis. It was very dry, salty, next to no onions or bell peppers. Last week I purchased the same item at the location on Prince street and it was outstanding. There was no comparing! I will not go the location again on 14 th street. I also shop the location at Cannon AFB which is also outstanding.

I am eating a delicious Mexican spud! The service has been excellent the food came out quickly and it was absolutely delicious! Less expensive than other fast foods with the quality of a full restaurant many choices for absolutely something different! Loved it! Thank you!

We ordered the green chili stew over rice. You can not call it stew! It was basically white rice w potatoes and no flavor at all or green chili and I guess it was supposed to be hamburger meat but not sure what that was. It was disgusting horrible horrible!

Consistently good. The teriyaki bowls are highly recommended.

Good customer service. The prices are way cheaper than the Portales Something different grill

We are pretty frequent flyers at this location. Lately the food has gone down hill. I added avocado to my order and got a sliver of it. For $2.29. A whole avocado at the grocery store is less than $0.90 most days.

Action place to eat. Just you got to watch what time you go in to eat. Quite a few times I've gotten food right before they're closing and it's been a little short. like really small portions

Served pasta in a dirty black bowl and the forks we were supposed to eat with were visibly dirty too. I scratched the fork and black built up gunk came off on my finger. We left without even touching the food.
$25 for 2 down the drain.

Prices have gone up, and that’s to be expected. Everything costs more, but to charge an extra 1.29 for waffle fries and then only get 6 with a couple of little pieces is super disappointing. I’ve avoided this place because of the pricing going up, but decided to finally cave and get some. Super bummed overall.

Love the customer service of all the ladies that work there!!

Very good food quality at a fair and just price. The food is always cooked good. All the employees are so nice and welcoming. They always are good listeners and very attentive when taking an order. There has never been one mistake and I’ve been coming here for years. I highly recommend Something Different Grille for all your lunch and dinner needs. Thank You for such a wonderful experience.

Vegetarian options: They have a lot of non meat items that are so good. They also have straight vegan menus as well that are very good. Very vegan and vegetarian friendly.

Dietary restrictions: I’m a vegetarian and their menu is huge for vegetarians out there. For vegans as well.

Parking: Parking has never been an issue. Not in the few years that I’ve been coming here. There’s plenty of parking spots and they’re not bunched up like other places are.

Kid-friendliness: Very clean restaurant. Good menu items for kids. Good deserts for kids as well.

Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant was redone inside and there’s so much more room for handicap persons. Especially the entryway.

food was okay but they took a hour to get it to me, very upset with the wait, only ordered one thing

I can't say enough good things about this place. Everything I have ordered there has been fresh, delicious and cooked perfectly. This is by far my favorite place to eat here.

P.S. Their turtle cheesecake and egg rolls will knock your socks off!
