Everytime I go here my order is wrong never fails either I'm short food or I'm eating a dry ass burger with nothing in it... For what y'all charge we should at least get our food right

Great service however I had several issues with my order. I ordered a strawberry water and there were no strawberries.. I also had ordered diet cherry limeade dirty for only of the three diet cherry limeades. Two of the three were made with the dirty flavor. Pretty frustrating as we couldn’t go back due to plans. It would be nice if we could get the order correct the first time.

For a numerous 5 I'm missing a lot this is the last time I go here you'll couldn't get a order right if your life depended on it i ordered a sonic sized #5 and a #1 with onion rings and this is what i got so disappointing only thing that was good was her being kind

If you want Sonic and don't want your time wasted drive the extra 5 minutes to the one on 2000 N Prince St. (The lady kept saying she couldn't hear us and once my order was done when I was trying to use a discount I had she read my total and then left, I waited and hit the button again and after she greeted me again I mentioned my discount and she left without saying anything I waited 30 minutes and decided that I would rather drive the extra 5 minutes than wait for food that wasn't coming. Went to the other Sonic and they got out my order in 5 minutes, didn't make us repeat ourselves, or dissappear when I was talking to them.)

So pulled up to place my order and the lady said she couldn't hear me I kept saying fries and she just kept saying she couldn't hear me so I started to talk louder and she said that I didn't have to yell and she could refuse service because you now think I'm being rude to you ...... Now if I get louder because you say that you can't hear me then you get mad that now you think I'm yelling at you what the hell.... Customer service is awful at this Sonic and if this is how your staff talks to customers then you should rethink your hiring. And to top it off had to send back the fries because they were cold

I go to this sonic 4 days a week, I have tea every day, I get so upset because There is no reason for it to take 10 minutes to get some tea. Well today I had enough, after 10 minutes, I call and said if it's going To take any longer, please cancel my order. The lady got upset with me and said it's out the door you just need to be patient.. There was only 3 cars, The manager was just very rude and disrespectful.I won't go back.. this time the tea It tasted like water.

Was starving, and still, the food was very bad. Mozzarella sticks were good, but tots were cold, burger was too greasy and seemed to be old, and drink was 75% ice. Shake was good though.
I often eat Sonic, and usually more than satisfied, but this was very disappointing ?

Their new Groovy Fries are really good. They taste a lot like their tater tots. I don't like the Groovy Sauce. It's a lot like the sauce that's put on a large sandwich at another popular restaurant, and I don't like that either.

There wasn't anything really wrong with our food (except too much ice in drinks) or the service, but I had to walk through the restaurant in order to use the bathroom in the back... If you see the inside of this place you'll be really weary of eating anything that comes out of it.The inside was disgusting - food and dirty rags thrown everywhere. Surfaces were coated with nastiness! There were multiple puddles of water & grease in the floor that were at least an inch deep, obviously their floor drains not working properly and no mopping occurring.There was so little space inside that was really cluttered that it looked like a dangerous place to work; they'd have difficulty getting out alive in a fire and there must be multiple falls a day with how bad the floors were.I was shocked and immediately regretted eating the wrap that I had just been served from them, worried about getting sick with how gross their work space was. Note that I didn't, but if YOU experience a gastrointestinal illness after eating here I'd call the health department because there are certainly some violations that need to be addressed.

Worse experience I've ever had at a sonic. While waiting 20 minutes for my order that never came out, I saw 2 employees out smoking and flirting with people parked in the parking lot. I then requested a status of my food to which they replied oh sorry that was our bad, we forgot your order. I then left and won't go to this location ever again...what a shame!!
