Great service, except today. I don’t understand why you can’t go inside to pick up your pre-ordered coffee? What’s the point of using the app, and then have to wait in the long line at the drive-thru to pick it up. I won’t go here anymore until they change back. 😤

Starbucks at Albertsons is a hit or miss with friendly service. The location is not ideal for waiting in line, but the staff, mostly young ladies, get orders right with a smile.
