We've been traveling from California on our way to Texas. (JAN 22)We have Stoped at a Starbucks daily on the trip. Our order at the Clovis location wasn't right. The barista forgot the sprinkles. Its the little things. Drive through was slow and store was empty. No excuses.

Very upset got up to get a coffee waited in line for about 10 minutes I place my order waited another 3 minutes for me to pull up to the window to tell me he can't break a $50 bill like okay so if everyone behind me had big bill you will refuse service smh never again and that is why I never go here because of rude works I guess I'll just stick to 7 Brew

This light pink drink was what I wanted and the dark pink drink is what i got this looks nothing like what I wanted. I asked for this exactly and also where’s the cold foam I paid for???. They made my siblings drink exactly what they wanted why not mine?? The service was horrible I was ordering another drink and the guy was extremely rude he cut me off mid sentence and said in a rude way “we dont have any apple juice”. Also tell me why I saw one of the girls take out the syrup pup put it in the trash, put it back in the syrup… Not even washed..

Those rags you use when wiping the counters, they need to be washed/changed and hanged to dry when not being used in order to prevent stinking, girls 👍
Starbucks at Albertsons’s Supermarket THE BEST Starbucks, I have ever been to. Every single drink I order is always so good. They are friendly. The only time I ever got a coffee that didn’t taste right, the barista ASKED if it was okay after seeing me take a sip, I said I preferred it a bit sweeter, & she remade the entire drink. Great customer service. They need to school all these “other” locations on how to make a perfect coffee recipe & how to keep customers coming back.
