These morons have the audacity to yell at me in the lobby. Very rude and uncool. I just wanted to get some of the packaged food at the front for free. It's not even good food, it's just in the front and has maybe been there for a few days and is probably stupid. Let me take it okay. There is a cute redhead worker though, and that makes up for all of it.
Clovis Starbucks is an enthusiastic 5 out 5, from atmosphere, tasteful music, calm lighting and clean bathrooms with endless selfie potential. They serve coffee I think.

I ordered a white chocolate mocha & he entered mocha so I repeated myself said wil fix it then it get to window get my coffee thinking it was correct I asked him he said yes all they did to fix just add whip cream to the mocha that is not fixed especially if you drive from Texas very disappointed

Yesterday was my first and last time. No customers at the counter, looked like 4 people behind counter. No one gave us eye contact or acknowledged our presence. We moved from on spot to another to gain attention, no hello be right with you… nothing!

They were out of the every food item we tried to order. At first the gentleman was nice when I ordered but when we got to the window and I got my drink (it had no whip on it like I ordered) and I asked him for whip he rolled his eyes and went to fix it. They were a bit busy and I can understand the frustration but it just really is never the greatest experience.

These workers are in DESPERATE need of a labor union. They are severely understaffed and overwhelmed with orders making it impossible for every customer to have a good experience given that the expectation of them is unrealistic due to labor shortages. Their café has been closed at least 3 times within the last two weeks due to these labor shortages. Workers are constantly running back and forth, often messing up drinks because of the oversaturation of orders— not because they’re unskilled or lazy. When they’re staffed properly, customers seemed to have a great experience with service and accuracy. When understaffed, customers have to wait long times, do not have a good experience, and receive inaccurate drinks. I’ve watched the manager speak to his employees in a condescending manner, being passive-aggressive and subtly unprofessional seemingly because it is a staff made up of majority young women and non-men.
