Starbucks at Albertsons’s Supermarket THE BEST Starbucks, I have ever been to. Every single drink I order is always so good. They are friendly. The only time I ever got a coffee that didn’t taste right, the barista ASKED if it was okay after seeing me take a sip, I said I preferred it a bit sweeter, & she remade the entire drink. Great customer service. They need to school all these “other” locations on how to make a perfect coffee recipe & how to keep customers coming back.

I have never had a bad experience at this location. Theyre always friendly when I go in. They always have patience when I dont know exactly what I want. Sometimes they're SUPER busy and its understandable that it takes a little bit longer than usual to get my order. Sometimes people are just insanely rude and impatient. I wrote this review after watching someone being incredibly rude to the baristas!!

I sent my husband the other night to get me a venti mango dragon fruit refresher with sweet cream and boba he spent probably like $8 that night for my drink I loved it so much so I went the next day to get the same thing and the little dark girl with black hair at the window was very rude. I had accidentally told her heavy cream instead of sweet cream and if she could change it please she scoffed and rolled her eyes and then she brought my drink back and it barely had any boba and I asked her if she could put me more just like my husband had got it for me the night before she scoffed again and rolled her eyes and slammed the window. I didn't want to go back for a few days so I go back this evening to try to order that drink and they were trying to charge me almost $14 for one drink every time I go it's always a different price for that one particular drink I think I will just start going to the other Starbucks in Albertsons! They are all very unfriendly no personality very unwelcoming! (The drink in the photo is how they made it for my husband the night he got it for me.) I have not been able to get my drink made like this myself. No wonder people go to 7 Brew instead!

Why does everyone who works here act like you just interrupted a private conversation in their kitchen? Like I get it, everyone hates their job, but you don't have to treat people like crap.
Order everyday the same and get everyday something different! It’s like playing roulette!

For the second time in a month this location has not made my drink correctly! This is the last time I will go to this location! I ordered online because I thought it would be easier if they read what I want… Nope! The first time it was slightly bitter this time it was all bitter this means the coconut milk was missing! The matcha powder was was too thick and un mixed like it was done in a hurry! The line wasn’t that long and I gave plenty of time for my drink to be made correctly!

Some of the worst Baristas I've ever seen. Rude, poor customer service. Get mad when a kid/child tries to talk to them through the drive through speaker. Write unnecessary comments on cups. Y’all should really get new staffing, I feel bad for anyone who has to work with half of the staffing here, there's maybe like 2-3 baristas who are very sweet and work hard. But the rest of them give off mean girl energy for what? It's not cute. Grow up. If you hate your job/life that much find a new job. Please for your own sake learn some manners/professional work etiquette. The new 7Brew coffee shop that our town is getting will have a loyal customer very soon. This Starbucks here is garbage. Y’all really want starbucks just go to Albertsons!💯
