Cokes are always flat and for whatever reason always out of diet soda. The whole town must drink it. Ridiculous.
Came into the drive through at 1130. When I made it to the order station, the first girl asked for our order, then almost immediately asked us to hold on and wait. A male employee hopped on the microphone, asked for my order a second time, then began talking to someone else, either employee or another customer at the window, ignoring me. I then hear a commotion and a loud scream, either from the front car or the employee. The original female employee jumped back on the mic, asking if our order was completed, which we had barely gotten out a sentence of. To top it all off, when we arrived home, not all of the items were present. We had 2 $7 luxe boxes missing our 5 layer burritos each. Overall, nightmare. Next time i see these employees at the window, i very well may cancel my order and leave to save myself the hassle

Went this morning to grab some breakfast it was 8:05 when I pulled into the drive thru the manager came on and said we do not open until 8 my husband said it’s 8:05 and no response so we just left this manager is also very rude has horrible customer service honestly not sure why she is still employed !

yall this is the worst taco bell ive ever been to. they mess up my order EVERY single time. there has not been a time where i don’t have to go back through or just take the L and waste my money. their food is stale and they are stingy with portions. AVOID

I just moved to new Mexico this tacobell has given me a very bad first impression the lady working the drive thru window today was very rude don't know her name she has on glasses with fake nails she really need to learn better customer service and how to talk to people. They gave me burnt food and tried to tell me that how it comes the nuggets do not look like nuggets and fries were hard as rocks. First I was going to let them replace the order but the drive thru worker was so rude I did not want anything else from this place. I will never come here again she threw my bag back at me saying I can't take this walked off n slammed the window. I will never come back again taco bell was one of my favorite places to go but not while I live here.

Food sat behind the counter for 10 minutes while 7 drive through orders went out, I thought my food was a door dash waiting to be picked up nope. Have you been helped sir oh here's your food and then straight back to making drive through THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!

This is the worst taco bell i have ever been to and that says alot when i travel across the states for work with my husband. They never get my orders right especially when ordering on door dash. They give you a number to call and then dont answer. For reference this morning i ordered 12 delights on door dash along with a breakfast wrap and coffees, i got my coffees and breakfast wrap correct i only got 2 delights. 2! I spent $8 and got 2!
the food here, like most fast foods of this type, is mediocre at best but that is not what this review is for...
please realize that my management skills are in teaching and performing only the best Customer Service!
this Taco Bell serves the neighborhood north of the Clovis Mall, and we stop by maybe twice a month... service is always substandard and i actually spoke to a shift manager a couple weeks ago regarding her crew needing a teaching series in Customer Service, which she received favorably. I guess tonight was too soon to expect positive results from a group of children!
perhaps my expectations are high but I feel a courtesy, "hello, we will be with you shortly" is expected by anyone of the shift crew if there isn't a member at the register station!
After waiting 5 or 6 minutes with two other patrons, and the door opening to others... i asked to speak to a manager, and had to ask twice since i was continuing to be ignored!
the window member said, "hello" and as i began explaining the situation of a severe lack in Customer service etiquette, she began speaking with someone else over her headset to which it became obvious to me she hadn't heard a word i had said!!
after being insulted, she turned and walked away! the one member who had responded to my manager request, he kinda shrugged and continued his job...
two other customers waiting in open mouth dismay just looked on as i walked out to go elsewhere... actually, ANYWHERE else where customer service has meaning!!
Time of this unfortunate waste of my time - 7pm Sunday evening
only two customers seated...
