I want to like this place, but they keep screwing up my order. I order Diet Pepsi, but they give me Dr Pepper instead. That has happened to me four times now, which suggests something is wrong with their procedures. In the most recent occurrence (October 8th), I received a foul combination of the two, as if they started to fill the cup with Dr Pepper, then realized their mistake and switched to Diet Pepsi without dumping out the cup. That is unacceptable. And what is with the ridiculous amount of ice they put in the cups? It's more ice than soda. Also, I have found you have to be very careful to specify "in a meal" or else they'll ring it up à la carte. Sometimes they do it à la carte anyway and you have to argue with the kid to get him to ring it up correctly.

First time I had a chocolate, cream dr. Pepper was from here, back when Taco Tom ran it. The "employee " has to have a hearing issue, we had to go back knocking and hitting the window at the drive thru trying to get someones attention just to get MY card back. (NO HE DIDNT RETURNY CARD OR GIVE ME A RECIPE)ot seemed as if he was on something that would result in his questionable behavior. This "restaurant" has definitely gone to the dump.. Shame Taco Toms passion for the business didn't get passed down.

I've been coming here all my life in this past year and a half I have so many mess ups till this day and some lady named Martina is very unprofessional and a couple others how do you overcharge just for a chicken quesadilla and on top of that you don't even get the chicken in the quesadilla and when you call some people make you feel like you're lying The owner has made it right before to be honest these gift cards are not near enough to disrespect and dislike I have about this place and it's workers.
