Best ribs in town!! I stop by this food truck religiously every weekend to grab a full rack of ribs. This guy loves what he does and does it well. Do yourself a favor and stop by and get a rack. The desserts are homemade and also worth your time, the pineapple cheesecake is easily my favorite. If your trying to solve that bbq craving this is the spot! I would have added a photo but I ate it all already!
One of the best in Clovis! I highly recommend the Sloppy Hogg Sandwich, which has sausages, pulled pork, and brisket. The brisket had a nice smoky flavor. The coconut cake included banana, nuts, and pineapple, so it wasn’t boring at all! The coleslaw was fruity with a touch of celery, and the pineapple cheesecake was also delicious. Amazing food and even better service!! The smoked bologna was on point and the catfish trio was out of this world. They even gave me THE LAST PIECE of pineapple cheesecake they were saving for themselves. The love is real 🧡
