We gave it a try because of the good reviews. No Menues or prices anywhere. The woman just sat there and listed everything she can do.OK ,no problem. We ordered beef tacos, pork tacos and enchiladas. We got pork tacos instead of beef.The food was good but not great. Pork was dry. Big surprise, when it was time to pay! $ 80 for 4 plates, 2 of them meatless and 4 small bottles of water? VERY different from what I read here on the pictured menu. What a rip off! Go to borderland cafe instead!

What a wonderful oasis. Manuela has been feeding New Mexico locals and visitors for 30+ years. She and her beautiful little restaurant are a treasure. I had chili rellenos and my sweetheart had cheese enchiladas. Both dishes were big, beautiful and delicious! We can't wait to go back. Run, don't walk, to La Casita Restaurant on this quiet side street in quaint little Columbus New Mexico. Sweet Manuela has some mobility issues, so lend a hand and grab your drinks and plates when they come out of the kitchen. You'll want to come back again and again just like us. ¡Gracias Manuelita!

Best burgers ? iv had in a long time!!! We were traveling through there in July and spent the night and had to eat there twice ?and now I'm craving them burgers again!
One of the best meals i've had in a long time. Little place you got to look for, but it's worth finding. It's very clean. The food is super fresh. If you don't see what you like, Manuella will cook whatever you want. Next time I come this way i'm gonna have her Chile Rellenos... Unbelievably good!

Small rustic place that hold about a dozen patrons, located on Taft street. We had the special: roast pork with Spanish rice, corn tortillas, chopped onions, lettuces, tomatoes, and green sauce ? Also purchase some homemade pumpkin

Went to Columbus for a day trip. Only restaurant that was open that day. Food was not bad we had the enchiladas.Chile was spicy so that was good. Beans and rice were not dry so they were also good. The owner made conversation.
