This deli is truly a hidden gem! My Mom found out about Belle's from a friend. We decided to try it out for lunch today. It was absolutely delicious! I can't believe that I've driven by this place hundreds of times and never noticed it! I'm very glad that we found it!

What a delightful lunch. Service was great, detailed description of menu items, fresh homemade bread and dressings,small gift shop while your order is being prepared, and your server comes to you when it is ready. My selection was short rib hogie and WOW!!

Employees are extremely nice, and the food was fresh and tasted delicious! We sat outside on a cloudy day, and it was perfect. There are fans in the patio area to keep the air circulating, which was really nice.

As a 30 year plus resident of Corrales I was looking forward to speaking well of a Corrales establishment. This was the only deli where I got grocery store sandwiches. I couldn’t tell if it was quality meat since there was only a trace in the bun. The help was fair and the “ambiance” was country raw. Corrales is fortunate to now have a handful of eating establishments I will frequent.

Took forever for a cold sandwich …I hate bad reviews but a sandwich with no flavor, took FOR ever with a lookout of a dirty patio, please add some depth to a Turkey sammich not just a fancy name. Aioli etc is work .

Hidden GEM!Yummy!! Exceptionally prepared meals with very high quality ingredients.Friendly attentive staff, always big on smiles.Quaint dinning area with very 'nice-and/simple' outdoor seating.Decent prices.Thankful for this spot.

By the people who created Lily and Liam's Bistro and Upscale Burgers. Nice place, not the usual and worth trying. Indoor and outdoor seating. They could've used some soft music to keep conversation on the patio more private. Definitely try their in-house created pickles. (They grow a number of herbs and other things themselves.) The garden greens salad with goat cheese and berry Vinaigrette was very good.

This is an awesome hidden little gem! Today was my first visit here and I will definitely be back! I ordered 2 sandwiches go. While I waited I ordered a decaf Americano. I must say it was beautiful, and perfect. I'll post a picture.My husband loved his sandwich, which was a caprese and a side of red potato salad. He loved the potato salad. I asked him if he liked the sandwich? He said are you kidding? This is the best sandwich I have had in a while.My sandwich was the goddess dressing with greens which was so good I almost cried....lol, with a mixed green salad. The salad had thin sliced radishes, mixed color mini tomatoes, sliced mini orange peppers and cucumbers. Yummmmmmmyyyyyy!My yoga students will love this deli after our session! I will definitely be back!!!
