Based on the other reviews, our experience with service was subpar. We had to ask more than once for things, and even then it was slow to come out. The only time our waitress checked on us was during our order and when she dropped off the drinks & food. The food was yummy, but my latte was basically drip coffee with cream and sugar.

As a place that seems popular and typically busy, we felt as though our service should have been more attentive.

I seriously love this place! Both locations are really good. The food is ALWAYS fresh and consistent. I recently moved to the Phoenix area and haven't found any place like this. I have to visit everytime I come to ABQ!

Every third bite had a hair in it. It was kind of a crazy experience I really would not recommend. I have never had so much human hair that I had to pull out of so many bites of food. Made me and my whole table nauseous. Food took nearly an hour to come out after ordering, part of order got wrong, everyone was mostly finished eating before the corrected order came out. Horrible service.

The restaurant was very clean and the staff were friendly. Service was also quick despite being very busy.

Unfortunately the food was pretty lousy, especially the Mexican rice(definitely made from a box, parboiled rice), beef taco(ground beef, odd seasoning perportions and under salted), and the rolled enchiladas(flour tortilla, bad texture). The highlight of my plate was the beans, and the chilie relleno was also decent.

I might have just ordered the wrong thing, but the items above didn't seem restaurant quality. I'd be curious to try some of their lunch sandwiches or breakfast items to see if they're better. Breakfast definitely seemed to be their specialty based on what others were ordering.

Parking is extremely limited but the food, service and atmosphere is phenomenal. I highly recommend. I had the 3 breakfast tacos and they didn't disappoint.

The service was wonderful, with coffee refills frequent. The things I will comment on are the flatware and the seasoning. I know it's expensive to buy enough flatware for a restaurant because one needs at least twice the number of forks, spoons, knives, as there are seats. However, I want to emphasize that as far as the dining experience is concerned, I appreciated the acoustic panels on the ceiling, which brought the ambient sound level down to where we could carry on a conversation without shouting or overhearing everything said at the next table.
I'm not going to rail against the paper napkins, which I think can be budget-driven as much as anything else, but I will point out that as far as a complete dining experience, it felt a bit cheap to eat nice food with cheap, obviously stamped implements. I understand that it can be a purely budget-driven decision, but I want the owners, or whoever is in charge of buying flatware, that they should be ware that it does effect the dining experience. I must also report that I was thrilled that my omelet could be prepared as a scramble, instead. But I was disappointed with its lack of flavor. I could taste the vegetables, but I would have at least added something beyond salt and pepper, though it's not even apparent that there was any pepper used.
The atmosphere is very pleasant, and the chalkboard provided a bit of humor, but the flatware and seasons need to be upped.

Interesting menu, tasty dishes. The fruit side option is great - big slices of fresh pineapple and melons. I had the NM BLT, very satisfying. Service is fast and friendly.
