The owner was so very friendly and kind. She took my order and the food came out fast and fresh! Absolutely a diamond in the little town of Dexter, NM. Scenic drive here and easy to find. Take the time to come out and enjoy a fabulous meal and great atmosphere.
Nearly always perfect. I am a regular since 2007. I used to be a teacher at the nearby Middle and High Schools. The food is a good mix of Mexican and American, so you can generally get whatever you want, from burgers and corn dogs to tacos and authentic Mexican cuisine.\n\nI love, LOVE the taco plate, which is three tacos, rice and refried beans, and usually get Luz to add one more taco. Even the rice and beans are excellent. The refried beans are served with cheese melted on...
Don't let the size of the building fool you, good things come in small packages. The portion are large, the price is right, the service friendly and the food was great. I had the Taco Salad with a fresh home fried edible bowl, so good. We are staying at Bottomless State Campground and will go back again.
