Good old style dinner in Edgewood NM. Ignore the lousy Dennys and go to Chilli hills.

Local space, great taste and really nice people. While in Edgewood for emergency vehicle repairs, Chili Hills was recommended. So good, we went back a second time!

Rice was not fully cooked, Indian taco bread was wet and soggy, chips were cooked in stale oil, all else was good.

I ordered corned beef hash and eggs. I expect a restaurant charging money for a meal to actually COOK. What I received was identical to canned, which if I wanted, I could have used my can opener at home and opened a $1 can, dumped it on a plate and used the microwave and had the same results. I have looked at other reviews for corned beef hash and what they got is not what I got. I got =Nallys.UPDATE:Fast forward to June 2021, we decided to try the All You Can Eat fish night. Tried all four kinds. gross, gross, gross. Soggy oily fish.its also all swai. You know when you get Frozen fish sticks and they are always disappointing because the crust is soggy between the crisp outer part and the fish? Worse than that. You can see the grease coating the plate and everything in it.That was Chili Hills last chance for us.UPDATE: Feb 2024With Katrinas closed decided to try CH again. Hashbrowns chewy and way undercooked. Shorted me one egg.

Great place in Edgewood to grab a bite. They have a huge menu; but I was craving SW food so I had the Navaho taco which, like everything else on their menu was a monster. Couldn't even eat half this thing. Piled with ground beef, beans, cheese, lettuce and tomato. One of my dining partners ordered chicken tenders which she could hardly put a dent in either. Green chile is HOT, order accordingly.

Tea tastes like it's sweetened with artificial sweeteners (i.e. Splenda, sweet N low, etc).Food was ok at best, lacking in salt and warm.
