The staff is rude and regularly gets my order wrong. And when I bring up the problem with my order, the staff in charge is combative. The supervisor in charge also does not make things right. DQ's food is not good enough to experience terrible customer service everytime, especially when they are likely to not produce your order.

Shakes are too small for the price and your truffle shake was a joke. It had no Carmel in it or taste wise. It was all nasty chocolate

I for one have never enjoyed Dairy Queens food until now. Thank you to the cooks here at this location. The chicken strips were cooked perfectly. I will definitely return here again.

The food here is good, everything made fresh. The service is decent. The atmosphere is usually pretty peaceful which is nice for a travel plaza Dairy Queen.
