I had a great experience with Domino’s pizza in Edgewood, New Mexico pizza was hot and fresh and everything was the way I needed it, and the customer service was awesome by the store manager Leanette Boggan thank you for your patience 💯

The new manager is doing great. Everyone was friendly and working hard. Food was hot and didnt take forever. This was also a friday night at 6. Keep it up!!!

Ordered pizza two days ago. Have always done so. Ordered pizza on line said have cash. Said it was baking and the cooks name
Half hour went by, i waslike ok. I live five minutes away. By Waterville. Anyways called after almost an hour. Girl picked up, said he's on his way. Another half hour later no food. Looked and my tracking and they canceled it. For no reason
Than I call to complain and they keep hanging up. Called now 3 times said couldn't make call. I know the girls name and reporting to district. Posting on east Mt stuff next. Just wrong

This was a quick order for me. I got to the store and had to wait 15 minutes for the Cinnabites. So by the time I get my whole order the pizzas are room temperature. It should have all cooked and been done at the same time.

AMAZING AND SWIFT SERVICE!
I'm a repeat customer & want to preface this by saying don't pay attention to the low ratings. Leannette & William especially are amazingly, hardworking staff with awesome customer service. I absolutely recommend them & wanna give them a huge thank you for always being great! Love you guys ❤️ now off to enjoy my delicious pepp/pineapple pizza & cinnabites 🤤😋

The pizza was good. We dined in Domino's and that was not the best experience. If you order and dine there, they only give you one of their specials and the other's are only available for ordering online. As we ordered they said it would be 40 minutes and then somebody else said as we were finishing our order that it would be an hour and we said hey wait a second somebody just said 40 minutes so they changed it to 40 minutes. In the end we got our pizza faster than 40 minutes, which we were grateful for. They clearly don't want people to dine in there, in which case they should just remove the tables. The TV over us was loud and not coming in clearly so it'd pause and then make garbled noise and we asked if they could turn it down or turn it off and they said they couldn't per corporate rules. It seems like it would have been simple enough for them to turn it back on after we left or muted it. They did not have plates like they have had in the past and told us to use napkins instead. Not the worst service but definitely NOT the friendliest. All in all the pizza was good. Just don't dine in Domino's.

Sometimes my food is a little burnt on the bottom when I get it. It is delivered fresh and hot every single time. The delivery drivers are always so very nice and polite.

Can't give less than 1 STAR?! Called asked if the delivered to my address. Answer yes, ok give me 2 @ 2 topping pizzas for $6.99. Can't give, got to order online. Ok. Went online SAYS WONT DELIVER TO MY ADDRESS!!!! Called back... 2 - 6.99 pizzas 26.99 each. SCAM ALLERT !!!!

Has to be the worst pizza place in NM. I would have saved time driving to Albuquerque. Ordered online waited 30 minutes, now waiting 45 to make the pizza I already paid for. So kinda stuck. . If you live out here drive to the city and you will spend less time waiting. Horrible..

This location is consistently a let down. Order completion times are way understated from the app while realistically they are 1.5 hours - 2 hours after you order. Other stores have no issue keeping up with demand in the city. Management seriously needs to get it fixed and complete orders as advertised. It’s clearly been a long, running problem as evidence by the last six months worth of reviews.

Frankly mediocre place. I do enjoy the food, however, I frequently find everything else inadequate. It's not awful, but certainly could use some improvement.
