Has to be the worst pizza place in NM. I would have saved time driving to Albuquerque. Ordered online waited 30 minutes, now waiting 45 to make the pizza I already paid for. So kinda stuck. . If you live out here drive to the city and you will spend less time waiting. Horrible..

This location is consistently a let down. Order completion times are way understated from the app while realistically they are 1.5 hours - 2 hours after you order. Other stores have no issue keeping up with demand in the city. Management seriously needs to get it fixed and complete orders as advertised. It’s clearly been a long, running problem as evidence by the last six months worth of reviews.

Frankly mediocre place. I do enjoy the food, however, I frequently find everything else inadequate. It's not awful, but certainly could use some improvement.

So I ordered a pizza it was burnt and old looking, made a report on customer service on the 13th: I just came back Friday 29th to grab a pizza because it’s open until 1am I just got off work. The boys working said come back tomorrow after they let me in told me they closed at 1am. Then randomly tells me again they close at 12 when I asked for my pizza credit. Terrible service with these boys. The the oven were still on due to he thought they were open until 1am

Had placed a order online for convenience once the order was ready I headed to the store where they didn't have my name or my order at all and asked for the code witch was gone due to it being completed sat in the lobby for a additional 45 minutes one of the few places who's main thing is pizza will not be going back even if it's the only place left

This place is an absolute joke.You order online to go pick it up.They don't come to your car when they're supposed to.And you're going to wait extra time to get your food while they help other people that sit there and wait and light ahead of you and to get little small things.They can't handle any type of traffic coming into that restaurant.

My garlic knots had cinnamon (and garlic) on them and my food took an hour and a half when the pizza tracker said 15 minutes.

The manager called me and told me the would not be able to make the delivery at 9 pm. They are open until 1 am according to the website you make orders from. I asked her did you charge me already? Why did you charge me if you were not going to make the delivery? She tells me you dont need to talk to me like that. I got upset and handed the phone to my wife to talk to her. I was bot on the phone any more and said her talk to her. She told my wife that my order had been canceled and hung up on her. I called back and asked the gentleman why my order had been canceled or if it had been canceled, he said his manager was busy and could not help. I asked for the district managers number. The manager told me I did not need the district managers information and I could call corporate if I wanted. I will dispute the charges with my bank. I intend to talk to the district manager whether she likes it or not. I also intend to talk to corporate too. I also want to know why I was able to make an order if they were not going to make it. Did they shut off the ordering if they were closing earlier. This woman should not be a manager at any store. She showed not work in any type of customer service. I hope domino's will look into this. I am sure they have got many complaints about her. This lady ruined mine and my families night. This is the worst I have ever been treated at anywhere in New Mexico. DOMINO'S LOOK INTO THIS SO CALLED MANAGER

I would have to say that this dominos is a great place to order from. However, the staff seem to be unguided and agitated when a customer says something in the lobby. The only issue I had was that a man had placed an order and didn't seem to understand how the app works. When I mentioned that this is ridiculous then did someone ask for my order. I will order from here again because the food is good. But in house customer service is seriously lacking.
