I would have to say that this dominos is a great place to order from. However, the staff seem to be unguided and agitated when a customer says something in the lobby. The only issue I had was that a man had placed an order and didn't seem to understand how the app works. When I mentioned that this is ridiculous then did someone ask for my order. I will order from here again because the food is good. But in house customer service is seriously lacking.
I placed an online order but got there later than I thought, totally my fault. When I arrived, they found my order but it hadn’t been kept warm. Instead of getting mad at me for my mess up, the offered to remake it, free of charge. This team truly understands customer service, and even though it was my own fault that I was late, they went above and beyond to make sure I got taken care of. I didn't realize that my Domino's app still had my old debit card saved when I ordered tonight. I waited for the pizza like normal and called the store after an hour. FRANCISCA WAS AMAZING!!!! She was incredibly patient with me throughout the entire phone call, and even let me place the order with her..... aaaaand after she gave me the total (which was an $20 higher than the app) she asked if I still wanted to place it.
