McDonald's is definitely no longer a fast food. The service speed is crazy slow. Faster to go out to eat and actually get some good food.

We stopped to grab a quick breakfast on our long drive. The bathrooms were run down and dirty, particularly the men’s sink. The cashier was ok. We checked to make sure we had the right items before heading out. We thought it was good until we opened our bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. They didn’t put the egg or cheese on! Only a little, sad piece of bacon on a dry biscuit. Very disappointing!!!

I’ve never seen such a breakdown in basic operations as I did today at this McDonald’s. The drive-through line was wrapped around the building, the inside was packed, and we waited an hour for food that never arrived. I finally had to request a refund because I ran out of time.
Food was piling up in the back with no one bagging it, and the line just kept running. People around us were getting the wrong orders—sometimes the same person multiple times—and the food that did go out was cold.
An absolute cluster.

Spicy Toilet Time
Waited in line for 20 minutes just for my order to be wrong and cold. 2 different customers ended up leaving the line and yelling at the employees on the way out of the parking lot

Food was mediocre as always can’t expect much from fast food simple request of making a burger plane didn’t happen and the chicken strips had hard crunchy pieces in it didn’t get my drink cup and I asked for it Lady never brought it so I just went over and got it myself thankfully the guy at the front was better at his job. It was during the lunch rush, and unfortunately, a restaurant should be judged by how they operate when it’s busy not how they operate when it’s slow. Bathroom was disgusting. Here lately they have been messing up our order. My daughter is a diabetic, she orders a unsweet tea.They give her sweet tea everytime. I'm glad she checks with her sugar tester before she drinks it. It would have put her in a diabetic coma with how sweet their teas are. I know everyone makes mistakes, just be extra careful.
