The Sonic in edgewood is consistently horrible. The wait time is never less than 15 minutes even just for drinks. The food is good but orders are wrong or missing items about half the time. Not worth it if other burger places are open in the area.

I am a customer often and I love the service and food there. I often get great deals on the app and service is reasonably fast and if there ever is a problem or misunderstanding, the team knows how to fix it for me and others. Two burgers took over ten minutes to get with no one in the drive-thru and all but five stalls were filled. On burger was medium-rare...from a fast food joint?! That's a hard pass. AND they didn't even have Sonic ice! The cashier was really sweet though.

Literally half the time the food here is cold or unseating most of the employees especially the teenagers are rude as hell and they take forever to even answer when you go into the parking spot

We were super excited to share the Sonic experience with our kids during our road trip. We pulled up to a stall looked over the menu then pushed the call button. 5 minutes went by and there was no response so we pushed it again. We waited another 5 minutes and again, no response. We decided to go through the drive through thinking “maybe that speaker was broken”. We ordered our food and pulled up to the window. Please note we were the only car in the lot when we submitted our order. We sat at the window for at LEAST 10 minutes. Still excited to enjoy our food, we went to the picnic tables. We took all the food out and they made both burgers wrong. One was a kids meal (cheese burger only ketchup) and the other was a jr burger (no mustard add onion). Both burgers had pickles and one had mustard. Since my child’s sandwich had mustard she wouldn’t eat it and I gave her mine. I then felt how HARD the bun was for the kids meal burger. My husband ordered chicken tenders and they were super old and dry. Originally, we were going to go back and get ice cream but our experience was so terrible that we ate what we had and left super disappointed. This was on 8/31 around 11am.
