Unfortunately, this location has struggled with years of mismanagement, leading to a disappointing experience. The restaurant feels run-down, and the service is incredibly slow. I've also encountered poorly cooked food, which makes it difficult to justify the wait. If you're craving Sonic, I highly recommend visiting one of the locations in Albuquerque instead. They offer a much better experience.

First can't pay at stall. 2nd ordered Rt. 44 diet coke and got Rt.44 diet Dr. Pepper. I sent it back and received a Rt. 44 Dr. Pepper again. Paid full price and can't drink it....

Only place that was open on Christmas! Had ordered alot and even tho they were accepting only cash it was a good day to be serviced by em! Although they did forget the onions on my chili cheese tots 😭 other then that it was good!

Horrible experience we ordered on the mobile app

Not knowing they were so busy

we had to wait 30 minutes for our order!! Every time we go to the Sonic in Edgewood we always have to wait 30 minutes and the always mess up the order they are horrible horrible do not go there

They can't seem to get orders correct. If you have food allergies, avoid this place. Three times I've ordered bacon breakfast burritos, all three times my receipt said bacon breakfast burritos, and all three times I got sausage instead. I hate sausage and makes me nauseated.
To make everything worse, this is the slowest "fast" food I've ever had.

Worst customer service, as a local i try to give benefit of doubt but when they can't walk a paid drink out. I waited in drive thru for the car in front as we pulled up at the same time order food and wait 15min for the car to get their meal. While having my drink ready when i pulled up to the window. No effort no customer service

My husband & myself went to the Edgewood NM 87015 sonic today 10/28/24 we were on outside car hop ordering and the individual inside who was taking our order on the speaker was extremely rude I believe he was Mexican I'm not racist because I'm Spanish/Hispanic myself anyway he was extremely rude he apparently couldn't hear us it's not our fault the speakers don't work well but anyway he yelled out loud and was very hateful WHAT YOU NEED TO SPEAK UP, so my husband politely repeated himself several times and each time the individual got more and more hateful. That's when I intervened and said you don't need to be so rude and hateful then he got even more hateful and started yelling at me so I said I was going to contact his manager he said GO AHEAD, then he told us to leave so of course we left we weren't about to have our food tampered with by possibly spitting in our food. DO NOT GO THERE. I called to place a complaint they offered me a damn cheeseburger I'm not ever eating there again.

Why do they asked for a pickup time when ordering on line and when you get there to pick up, your waiting 25+ mins to get your order? I even got there 3 mins before my time, thinking oh I've got to wait a couple of minutes. Me thinking I can get my order on time and get home to a hungry family. Nope! All of our fries and tots were cold and very greasy. Still taste the grease. Where's the lettuce and bacon? I knew better than to buy food from this store. Lesson learned.
