Literally half the time the food here is cold or unseating most of the employees especially the teenagers are rude as hell and they take forever to even answer when you go into the parking spot

We were super excited to share the Sonic experience with our kids during our road trip. We pulled up to a stall looked over the menu then pushed the call button. 5 minutes went by and there was no response so we pushed it again. We waited another 5 minutes and again, no response. We decided to go through the drive through thinking āmaybe that speaker was brokenā. We ordered our food and pulled up to the window. Please note we were the only car in the lot when we submitted our order. We sat at the window for at LEAST 10 minutes. Still excited to enjoy our food, we went to the picnic tables. We took all the food out and they made both burgers wrong. One was a kids meal (cheese burger only ketchup) and the other was a jr burger (no mustard add onion). Both burgers had pickles and one had mustard. Since my childās sandwich had mustard she wouldnāt eat it and I gave her mine. I then felt how HARD the bun was for the kids meal burger. My husband ordered chicken tenders and they were super old and dry. Originally, we were going to go back and get ice cream but our experience was so terrible that we ate what we had and left super disappointed. This was on 8/31 around 11am.

Ordered through the app, schedule a specific time. And when arrived I waited for a couple minutes. Estimating to be 10-15 mins the food was brought out, Nice and hot! Drinks were ice cold. The staff were so very friendly

The guy who took our order clearly couldn't care less by his tone. And it showed because unfortunately they didn't even give us a bun for the smasher my wife got. Come on guys that seems so obvious I have to think it was on purpose. And the green hatch chile burger I came all the way to New Mexico for didn't have any green chile? Like zero? Really? Dessert was great. Other than that, just a failure unfortunately.

Donāt waist your money or time. All 3 times that Iāve gone I havenāt gotten what I ordered. A simple drink order canāt even be delivered properly! They are rude if you say anything. Never again will I go there.

The Sonic in Edgewood has McDonald's flunkies that cannot make a shake the burgers are salty the fries are cold and it turned into another Edgewood fast food gross restaurant. I just went to sonic again at 6:00 when they are supposed to open and serve food. They had just opened the doors and not prepped anything. They told me their grill was not working properly. What a lie. Not the first time they open the doors late and make excuses. No pride in their job. I just went there for a Blast and a drink. Was there for half an hour and they lost my order. The lady on the phone said someone would be right out to take my order. No one showed up. Never again. I quit going to Mc Dildo for less than that. That was 17 years ago. They should fired. But then how would they buy their pot. Dont care they suck so bad. I also learned that something came out of the ice cream machine that resembled cottage cheese!!! Be careful eating the chicken. The weekend crew was serving vhicken that was thawed out and floppy nefore cooking and selling it to poor customers!!!

This was the worst sonic iāve ever been to. I personally used to work at sonic i understand how hard a busy night is, except they werenāt busy. I waited 32 mins for 7 medium shakes most the same flavor. I walked to the window the workers were on there phones and sweeping one of the girls with greasy pink bangs held up her finger āļøtelling me to wait i then waited another five minutes with my shakes still on the carhop table. When they finally brought me the drinks they were all melted and gross. When i asked for them to remake it she said āitās been a busy night.ā A busy night? thereās five other cars including meā¦ thatās not busy for sonic at all. she then proceeded to run off two mins go by while i wait for them to come back and the girls boyfriend comes and she starts to sit down and talk to him. Absolutely unprofessional and horrible service. Not to mention that the only manager who was working was definitely tweaked out on whatever type of drug she partakes in.

This is by far the worst sonic I have ever been too, it took them around 30 minutes to bring us our drinks we had 7 shakes and 1 drink and the shakes were all melted and they still forgot our extra drink so we wanted either the drinks remade or a refund and the manger doesnāt even know who the owner was smh. Awful experience, awful staff, awful environment , will not be returning to this sonic in my lifetime!!! Please do something about this sonic.
