Don't order the "new recharger" drink with red bull. Pretty sure they left out the Red Bull in my recharger. Stole my red bull probably laughing as they drink it and I drive away oblivious. My. Red.Bull. it's just a dam boring lime slush. Red Bull has a distinct taste which I cannot taste any of in my "Red bull recharger".

Every time we come here it’s dealing with the most inbred uneducated people the world. Ice water is ocean water. 2 cheese burgers are mozerella sticks and onion rings. Please people of Edgewood. Leave ur cousins alone. There is a whole world of people out there that think slow and frequently immobilized by difficult thought, such as hearing then understanding followed by touching a picture on a screen, is cute. Stop going to Christmas at grandmas house for a one night stand or marriage. Have a good day.

Ugh, I don't know why I keep trying to give Sonic a chance. My bad for not learning my lesson really.Previously we've gone to this location and had to move parking spots repeatedly because none of the ordering boards worked.Then you wait forever to get your food, and nine times out of ten you're gonna have to flag down an elusive employee because it's not right or to beg for a spoon/napkins/ketchup.Well tonight my hubby wanted Sonic so I decided that I'd order on the app and he could just pick it up to avoid all that. Of course online ordering was down at this location... Shoulda just gave up at that point.But I looked at the menu (which doesn't describe toppings) and told him that I wanted to try the new Hickory BBQ cheeseburger, so off he went.It is absolutely disgusting! My "BBQ" Burger was smothered with 95% mayonnaise and only had one very tiny drop of BBQ sauce on it.Who at Sonic headquarters decided that when folks ask for BBQ sauce they must really mean that they are craving mayo? Nobody in America dumps a bunch of mayo on their BBQed meat, maybe Canadians.I took one bite, looked at its insides and decided to toss it. What a waste!I tried to eat my tater tots and they are like cardboard, so dry & stale that they can't be downed without drowning in ketchup. My sweet ice tea is almost entirely ICE, so basically I got a big 'ole cup of slightly tea flavored ice water.All in all I spent $10 for an inedible meal and it's the last straw. We won't be back to ANY Sonic again; I don't care how much my husband is craving it. The mayo burger crossed the line.

12/2/2023 This has been the absolute worst sonic consistently for 4 years. SOUR FOOD ALERT! I JUST GOT FOOD POISONING TONIGHT!! (Bacon double). The veggies or bacon were spoiled and made me repeatedly throw up. I feel terrible! The taste in my mouth is unimaginable. Do not go to this sonic get this place shut down. The two others noticed sour tasting food but didn't get as sick as me but they threw their food away. I ate about 25% and just started dry heaving till my body rejected it.

I went to order a couple of breakfast meals...1 with cheese and another without cheese. The guy even repeated my order correctly. Sad thing is I get home to have breakfast with my wife and see that both have cheese. Even the foil type bag says no cheese on it. What a way to lose another 8 bucks.

Usually, it’s a very long wait at this location even for just drinks sometimes. But this time, we came and told a worker (Abel) that the mobile app wasn’t working and he immediately came outside to help us, he even offered to give the half price discounts on the drinks without the app. Abel was very kind, accommodating, and we got our food and drinks super fast! Thanks for making it a good experience Abel!

Employee who took our order was very cheerful and delightful. The quick service for our food was delivered by a very polite carhop. Food was amazing, tots were crispy not soggy and the burger was moist not dry or greasy. Would highly recommend ❤️

I continue to try and give this place a chance but I could sit down at a restaurant and get better quality and faster service. I don't underestimate the issue. I qas one of 3 cars in the parking lot and did a mobile order before I arrived wnd still waited a half hour.
