I visited this Starbucks on August 15. It is a very nice place, it’s got lots of room and seating for customers. The bathrooms were clean and it was a relaxing atmosphere. I went with a friend. We both ordered something to eat and drink and sat for a while. I decided I wanted some water, so I went to the counter to order. Waited a few minutes for someone to help me. I told the lady I wanted a water and she informed me that I had to order something else in order to get the water. So I ordered an iced tea. I had to leave the counter to go get my wallet to pay, as I wasn’t expecting to have order another drink because I wanted some water. I went back to the counter to pay, had to wait five minutes to have a different person help me and he wasn’t friendly. I went back to my seat and waited about 15 minutes to get my water and my tea. I don’t think I should have had to order another beverage so I could have a water, especially since I had already order something already. I’ve never had to order a drink when I asked for a water. What a ridiculous thing. And the wait was too long.

Normally this place does well but, after taking my drink back and asking them to make it per my order, it still wasn't done correctly. At least they asked if it was better. Yes, it was better, but better doesn't mean that it was right. I will be putting this place on pause again. Go to Route 66 coffee right up the road instead.

The prices are crazy now. Starbucks has always been expensive. But to spend almost $9 for a coffee is crazy. We wait for deals and use them now. On the plus side we are learning to make great coffee at home 😄

Used the driver thru to order our standard Iced Peppermint Mocha. Barista was very friendly. Greeted us with a smile and was very pleasant throughout our transaction.
