Great work well behaved dogs too!

Inconsistent policy on refills. Some employees say you can get a brewed coffee refill after having any drink in a “for here” cup, while others say you can only get refills if your first drink is brewed coffee. This is frustrating b/c I don’t want to pay $5 for a drink that costs pennies to make.

We really like this location.
But Starbucks Corporation, no longer cared about customers. So food is eh and prices are $$$$.
We usually make coffee at home now.
Whereas we used to get it 3-5 times a week. Now it's about once or twice a month.

This location is friendly and accurate at creating handcrafted beverages.
But Starbucks corporate is more and more greedy with less consideration for customers.
So Starbucks is now an occasional treat, not a part of our routine.

Everything I expected from a Starbucks until I took a sip of the coffee. I've been to a dozen different locations in different states and THIS one by far had the most burnt bitter coffee I've ever tasted in my life.

I enjoy the majority of employees, but there is one that is always giving us a hard time, and asking for what at every other Starbucks is complementary she charges us extra (even the other employees at the same store) don't charge for the same ask, and she fights with us if we feel like we're being shorted after paying for the extra cream.
