Great service in Edgewood! The Copper/I-40 Starbucks butchered my drink and I didn't notice till I was almost home. Luckily this Starbucks in Edgewood fixed the, corrected the order no charge. Excellent customer service!

I absolutely luv all the staff here, they r all so friendly and really get to know there customers. They are always cheerful and absolutely make my day when I go there. I work really long hrs and they always make my day better, they write little messages on my cup and it just brightens up my day. And they always remember my order before I can even order it, I can't say it enough THIS STAFF FREAKING ROCKS

Waited 15 minutes inside for our order....asked about it and was told no order was put in ..I used their app and paid and put my order at the register so why isn't my order there? Employee said I must have gone to the wrong location....I said nooooo...I put my order here and I've been standing here the whole time...don't assume that I made the error....never coming back

By far the worst Starbucks I've been to. They were out of everything. I ordered a drink which took over 10 minutes to make. They put it in a bigger cup because they were out of the size I ordered. When asked if they could top it off with more ice, I was told no as that was not the size I ordered. Dude had attitude, if you hate your job, quit...Asked for a straw and they gave me a small because they were out of the big straws. Worst of all they didn't even make the drink right. Save yourself the time and go across the street to Smiths Starbucks. Drink was made right, no attitude, and had all the right inventory of stuff. Even the employee mentioned that they are horrible and come over to borrow stuff all the time. Not a supply chain issue but a management issue....fire the weird dude making the drinks and start with a positive working environment.
