This is a nice location however thestaff evesdrops on customer conversations and then uses what they hear to start drama around this tiny town I will never go back to any Starbucks because of the lack of integrity of the workers . Is this your business model ? If so it's going to be only problems in small town America.

I was meeting someone here for coffee and I ordered a decaf latte. I asked for a 16oz, because they don't even list their funky alternative names and what size that correlates with, but I knew a 16oz is generally a medium in the rest of the world. I get that this store is new, but the cashier didn't know what size 16oz was. When I finally got the latte, which took a really long time considering that there was no one in front of me, it was too hot and tasted burnt. The lobby was nice and clean, but the music was a bit loud for a conversational environment. I would normally rate this kind of service even lower than 3 stars, but I do recognize that a new business will have some growing pains. I likely won't return unless I have another meeting, but I hope things improve with time.Edit: I'm adding a star to my review because even though I was not satisfied with my latte, there was a very nice staff member who treated me kindly when my vehicle broke down in the parking lot. I appreciated her compassion.

Whenever we order, they have no trouble making the most difficult drinks. They just have NO IDEA how to make a caffe mocha. I've looked it up. The ingredients are minimal.Every time we've ordered one, we get a white chocolate mocha. Which is fine if you like white chocolate, but if you don't, we'll just expect a blank stare. We've tried to explain it, and I've even shown them the ingredients from starbucks' website.This last time, after returning the white chocolate mocha, we thought all was understood, and yet we ended up with a hot chocolate, lol. At least that tastes better than white chocolate, but still, it just isn't the same, is it.If starbucks has done away with the original mocha, please just let the customers know.The service is outstanding, though, and hopefully, with more time, it will come.

I have now gone to this starbucks twice and both times they have messed up my order. They just opened so I think they don't know how to make the starbucks drinks correctly. Hopefully they improve, but I won't be going here anymore. They are too expensive to not make the drinks correctly. The drive through was also excruciatingly slow.
