0 out of 10 do not recommend. They were so busy with call-in orders that an in-person customer, face-to-face, got no service at all! Even waited patiently on them, they just continued on all the call-in orders. Never got helped! Nothing! Left and took my money and business elsewhere. Since they're doing so well monetarily, they don't need to help in-person customers, or take our money.

I was staying at comfort inn next door for 4 months every time I went there it was an absolute disaster the young girls there don't know how to take care of business it is an absolute disaster never never go to the subway in Edgewood New Mexico I said that

The lady that are working today should not be working there. I asked for more pickles on my sandwich she put 2 I asked for more then says well I’m trying to make it last this week we didn’t put them in inventory well that is not my problem y’all should have everything order I pay for a sandwich if I want extra pickle I should get it bc I AM PAYING FOR IT then the other young black head girl pops off and say if you want more go to the store like excuse me you need to learn how to talk to your customers I will not be back to this one.

Placed a very large catering order online. They had everything ready when we arrived. Subs and wraps were delicious! Workers were very friendly and helpful.
Walked in, the store was empty, two employees. One was tending to a customer, the other was filling a large phone order. She asked me to wait until she slowly filled 5 sandwiches. The other employee finished with the customer, and started helping the employee. I stood there, stood there, and waited, they chatted and laughed while they slowly filled the sandwiches. I finally asked, "is this going to take much longer" after waiting 10 minutes. They shook their head and looked at the sandwiches and said yeah, we have a large order. So, they were just going to let me stand there until they were both finished with one order, instead of one helping me. I left, and I won't ever go back. The one making the phone order was super rude another time I had gone in. She barley acknowledges you and she practically whispers, can't hear what she's saying, then she gets annoyed because she has to repeat herself. I swear, this is the first time I wrote a bad review, I put it off for weeks, but being from a customer service industry, I had to get it off my chest. Wil never go back.

Rude staff churro was like chewing on a rubber sponge. Went to go exchange it. They gave me another one and was rude about it. The second one was the same thing. We wanted a mail and they were rude cuz we wanted a meal so then we had to go back in line and order our soda and chips separate cuz they were being rude

The servers were all very pleasant and patient as we selected our menu choices to go for five people. The servers asked for any extra toppings and were patient as selections were made. Each sandwich was made as expected and were fresh and delicious. A great alternative to a hamburger!!!
