Emily is very when we ordered online we accidentally ordered the wrong meat and when we went inside to get the right one she yelled at us and treated us like we were stupid and refused to help when we told her we would leave her a bad review she kicked us out and told us we were never allowed in the store again

Emily is rude and inconsiderate of customers. I ordered a sandwich and didn't see meat, so I brought it back in. The 3 girls working ripped my sandwich open and showed me turkey, the few tiny pieces there. I ordered rotisserie chicken tho. They said as they showed me the recipe I'm right I'm right I'm right and told me they would do nothing because that's what the app said.. I told them that isn't right and they kicked me out of the store, told me not to return and they have my photo. The workers are always right and the customer is always wrong! You don't deserve a raise, I'd fire you for running off Customers.I am from out of town I'll never be back by the way, But I have a good reason to spread the word to others to not return. Probably the reason the store was empty.After eating the sub I chose to update: online it allows you to choose less, regular or more. Spinach was more, lettuce was more and black olives was more on mine. I counted 7 spinach leafs, there is a small hand full of lettuce and about 6 black olives. I'm glad I didn't select less for these I'd have one of each. Edgewood subway, you really need a new staff. No one can be happy here and people will stop coming in. I wouldn't return if my life depends on it. I hope this helps others to see what you do! I give you an F for failure.

Ordered #11 club double meat Paris 3.00 more, roast beef and Cheddar double meat extra cheese and avocado. My other two sandwiches were fine the steak and cheese but none of them where toasted like requested. I called when I noticed but live 20 mins away and it was 15 mins till closing he didn't believe me when I called saying "huh really, well I'm about to close come in and I'll put double meat" I let him know I couldn't go back in time before they closed. He stated his manager would be in tomorrow and talk with her and to bring in the sandwiches... " I'm a working mom of three and cant just tell them don't eat the food ?. Hopefully the manger can resolve it tomorrow ?Update:The manger Victoria was super nice and understanding and was able to get it all fixed up! Thank you!! ?

Attention Owners, if you even read these posts. It would be fun to see how long it takes for a response, maybe in an alternate reality. I have yet to read one, good or bad!Please look at your management, their training, and their ability to bring a working team together. The worst experience comes from a horrible person bringing their negativity into work with them and delivering it in the overall experience and food quality, especially when they don’t have the required skills due to your part as an owner and your management team.Shame on you for ignoring your customer base and your employees! I have seen the inability to respond or care. Just thumb through the comments.My complaint:1. App orders are ignored by staff, took 30 minutes past the ready time and 45 minutes after the order time2. Staff don’t work as a team assisting each other; I have my job, you have yours, type of attitude3. Sweeten the deal for your mistakes with cookies; I would have said no if the person I sent in agreed; this doesn’t change the errors that occurred or the attitude received4. Staff having a nasty attitude towards customers, especially when overworked and not enough staffing for the day or time of the dayReally? When will you be responsible for your customers and staff and not your bottom dollar?

If I could give 0 stars I would. 1 of 3 sandwiches made correctly, when placed online. This is actually a good visit as it is usually 0 sandwiches made correctly. The employee shows zero remorse for not reading simple instructions. The manager obviously does not care as this has become the norm for this location.
