We stopped by on one of our many trips around the East Mountains. We had a breakfast burrito with added bacon and it was Amazing! You must stop by I can see the actual Rock House Cafe, in the near future, blessings!!🙏
Stopped in to see a new food truck in our little town of Edgewood.
I would have to say this is got to be the spot!! Food and service was fantastic!
You have to try them we ordered the tacos and huarache both were delicious can’t wait until Friday to try more tacos!!

The burritos are hearty and delicious, easily serving as a two-meal portion. The coffee, including the latte, is terrific, and the service provided by the owner, Nelson, is friendly and attentive. The tacos, particularly the pastor and asada, are absolutely amazing. Overall, it's a must-visit destination for a delightful dining experience, offering consistently delicious food and excellent customer service.
