The Rock House exceeded all of my expectations. The burritos are a hearty as any, and delicious. It could easily be a two-meal burrito. I wasn’t expecting much of the coffee since I’m picky, but the latte was terrific. I have been back 3 times now, and everything is consistently delicious. Nelson serves up the meals, and you couldn’t ask for friendlier or more attentive service. Nelson and The Rock House are truly local treasures! The pic is from Echo Park just up the road, which is a great spot to enjoy your meal.

This place is amazing! I ordered the breakfast burrito with bacon and egg and the birria tacos. The burrito was flavorful and bigger than I expected! The birria tacos with consume were delicious and the consume was rich, and almost stood on its own like a soup. The owner is a kind man who also gave me Mexican cookies that he brought back from Mexico for his friends and family. Truly a local treasure! Definitely give this place a try! I can’t wait to go back and try more!

If you’re anywhere near Edgewood, do yourself a favor and stop by The Rock House, the amazing Mexican food truck located right across from the Sonic.
I had the Asada Tacos with red chili—bursting with rich, smoky flavor, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. My wife ordered the Asada Huarache with green chili and paired it with a refreshing Cacao water. Every bite was absolutely phenomenal. We both agreed this is hands down the best Mexican food we’ve ever had—and we’ve had a lot!
Not only is the food out of this world, but the service was just as exceptional. The gentleman who took and cooked our order was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality alongside such amazing food.
We’ll absolutely be back to try more of their incredible dishes. If you're a fan of authentic, flavorful, and lovingly prepared Mexican food, The Rock House is a must-visit!
