Was in the mood for some Nachos and stumbled upon this gem! Not only were the Nachos wonderful but the brisket tacos with hatch chilis were amazing as well! And to top it all off they had live music upstairs with Burt Ferguson who was absolutely amazing too!!! All in all a great evening and met some incredibly nice local folks…. Places and nights like this are what we look for as we travel our country….!!

Expensive. The carne asada tacos were good, be better if you had some lime to.put on them. Pico tasted fresh. The rice ? Very meh, less than worthy of eating. The beans bland and flavorless. Combo plates are a rip.off, Perhaps ill try a weekday special some time. They start at 3 pm.I will report back.

We had chicken quesadilla the new chicken sandwich and a burrito. On the side we had rice and beans and we ordered two Powerade drinks to take out. Outstanding food and everyone there was super friendly and efficient. The patio inside and outside looked lovely and I did walk in but I did not have the food there.

First off, I love the adobo chicken tacos at Casa Taco and their food in general. My favorite tacos in Sierra County, maybe in NM. But, out of my last three visits to Casa Taco my to-go order has been misplaced twice while I've sat waiting for my food. For some reason the staff puts the order in the drive-through, and it sits and gets cold. Plus, this last time my taco plate was missing the red beans and rice it was supposed to come with. Again, love the food, wish the service was better. Don't know if I have the patience to put up with this again. Please do better.

We were camping in the area, and needed a part for our trailer. On the way to the parts place, we saw Cass Taco. After we got the part, we stopped in for a late breakfast. Boy, was that the right decision. We chatted with the GM and learned about the history, while munching on excellent food (and a pre-lunch local beer). We will be back in the evening for more great food and live music!

I had some really good chicken and carne asada tacos with a nice cold beer before I hit the lake around noon. Good atmosphere. Can’t beat that. Really nice people.

Was floored $16 00 with small drink for what? Prices certainly do not reflect quality , and for greasy fast food that was certainly not worth it . Expensive lesson on where not to eat! I guess that the tourists do not realize when they are being fleeced! Sad , could have been a good haunt!

Food is pretty good. They need to hire some kitchen help. It took forever to get our food. There were 4 couples & it took at least 20 minutes for each of us to get our order. One couple was over halfway done eating when the 2nd couple got their food & they were about halfway done before the 3rd couple got theirs... ? We went here last year & the service wasn't that bad. Hopefully they can hire more help soon because the food is good!!
