Good variety of New/Mexican offerings. I ordered the chile rellenos which were stuffed with veggies and topped with a sprinkling of cheese. However, the inside was cold and the batter very soggy. The complimentary tortilla chips and salsa were wonderful.
El Paragua has the best margarita ever! It's their house margarita! Be sure to order it. This restaurant has such character and delicious Mexican food. Chips & salsa start things off. The entrees come with a nice side salad and cloud like sopapilla! The portions are filling and very tasty. The service is quick. It gets busy starting at dinner so consider making a reservation. Go! You will love it.

Waited 41 minutes to sit. The bartender called me small little thing right before I caught him making hand gesture of rubbing my head. The waitress got our order wrong. Bill came before the soppapias and she billed for lime $1.60. She disappeared for 39 minutes after taking our order. But I will go back for redemption surely I think they can do better.
