The slow service is still SLOW! Waited in drive thru for a 12 minutes. Burger and fries were cold after the wait! Also, before I was asked to pull forward, I asked for extra ketchup. Got my order and no ketchup! What good are fries w/o ketchup. Finally, while sitting in drive thru, see a sign advertising a whopper meal for $5, but my sales ticket was $6.69 plus tax! NOPE! NEVER AGAIN IN ESPANOLA!!!!!
Worst experience ever!! Manager walking around all lost yelling at employees for doing the best they can. What a horrible person this assistant manager needs training badly. Place not even busy come on ppl get it together. We will never be bck. Place was also so gross

About Burger King
It's the Home of the Whopper, and it's a great day to stop at Burger King to get one of their flame-grilled burgers. Other places only give you fries, but at Burger King, you can choose onion rings to shake things up a little. And speaking of shakes, an Oreo shake will totally hit the spot so get one of those too. You can have it your way because every sandwich is made to order, making it a hot, fresh and fast meal night or day!
The last 3 times I've been there they got my order wrong... I don't understand how you can mess up something as simple as plain with cheese! I don't understand how a franchise like "B.K" can have a saying in "Have it you're way" when they can't even get something as simple as plain woth cheese!!
